He reiterated that he didn't have enough crew and needed to rent a machine and that he needed a few more trees to be sold so that it was cost effective to rent the machine so that I will be waiting for another week. This business has continually had crappy customer service and I will not give them another dime of my money. I will take my $500 and to go to a business that appreciates my patronage.

I left and was back home by 10 am. I called Arkansas pond stockers to complain and they said the truck had turned around and was headed back. If I had been told that at the co-op I would have waited. I recently went in to purchase a plant for someone who had a death in the family, and after finding just the right plant at a reasonable price, they wrapped the pot in some lovely dark green foil, tied it with raffia and a bow, and sprayed and polished the leaves until they glistened. Web pictures (and even pricing) are difficult to keep current in today's world. The florist can inform you how close to the web picture your purchase will be. I called Parker Florist to order a delivery (same day! On a Friday! I didn't make it easy for them!) The person I spoke with advised me that they could deliver an arrangement that afternoon ~ which was fair. The arrangement I chose from the website? The staff told me they could do that arrangement, but it wouldn't have flower A or flower B, because they had none of those flowers. Okay ~ what about Option 2? Bingo! They had all of those flowers and could make a great arrangement (said they.) I loved their enthusiasm when I chose flowers they had in the store. We agreed on my price point and concluded the call. I was a bit nervous, as some of the reviews for this florist weren't great. I was happily surprised when the flowers were delivered that morning. I visited my loved over a week later, and that arrangement was still beautiful!! So, kudos to Parker's Florist! I was delighted with their transparency, eagerness to help, and somehow making an earlier delivery than we initially thought possible!

I'm embarrassed that my name was on the arrangement. It was maybe a third of the size of the photo. The pictures tell the story. This had nothing to do with availability, this was substandard service. I could have purchased a nicer arrangement at the grocery store. I will NEVER do business with Parker's Florist again. Proceed with caution if you do.
