The result of their repair and the really friendly service is fabulous. Unlike I've seen anywhere. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Under my 10X loupe, I could not even determine where they made the repair and the addition of the gold. Of course I am not a diamond expert, but very educated in this area from having bought and sold investment grade diamonds in the past. We mainly chose this company due to the good reviews and service along with the fact we don't want our jewelry sent out to be repaired. Too many hands involved which can run into problems or worse. I walked in the store today (2/4) to purchase the watch. The wish list on our account was so helpful to me, I was able to get exactly what she wanted. I needed a spring bar replaced on my watch band....I have had this done dozens of times all over…read morethe country....and jewelers usually do it for free because it takes two minutes and costs them penny's, so as a courtesy I asked them to replace the battery while you are at it....wanted them to make a little money....anyway....I waited a few minutes and got a new battery but no spring bar....so I paid them $15 for a battery I did not need and still have my watch in my pocket and not on my wrist....seems a bit crooked to me....should have said We don't have the spring bar and asked if I still wanted the battery replaced. I had mostly gold jewelry and was pleased with the quote. They didn't want the stones, amethyst, jade and diamonds so took them out and gave back to me! I also had some silver coins and got a very fair price on those also. I had googled ahead to have an idea of value and they were spot on. I was helped mainly by Kyler who has a great personality and very customer service oriented. Jacob also came out and priced my silver coins explaining the value and how they determined the worth.
