Never have I been treated more rudely in a retail establishment. The gentleman that greeted me, who…read moreis the owner I understand, told me to make myself comfortable, but did not specify what he wished for me to do to make myself comfortable. So when I simply waited at the counter he seemed irritated by my presence and said again to make myself comfortable, he just had a few things to wrap up with the current customer. I took the hint and moved to a different counter to wait. When the customer left, he very rudely said, "Now, what can I do for you?" I asked him to remove the link from my son's watch, but he refused to do it saying that he just had too much work ahead of me. In my experience this is a two-minute job. I spent my whole lunch hour driving there, and waiting for him to finish chit-chatting with the other customer, only to be refused service! Amazing. He won't see any business from me, or anyone I know, ever again.
