Then they cracked a tile when doing the service and after the service I have not been able to get anyone to do anything. They completed the service which we are hoping helps our moisture issue but we paid double the quote of H2O hoping for high quality results. The job they did to try to fix their mistake was poor at best and we are going to have to spend more money to try to fix their poor workmanship. I am glad some people had a better experience with this company that we did but after spending $30,000 with them, we still don't have the job they promised. My advice is do not use this company but if you do, get a contract in writing so you will have a recourse if your job turns out like ours did.
