The sheets on the bed had a very odd smell and appeared to be old bed sheets from someone's home. The therapist talked through the whole massage and made me feel generally very judged and uncomfortable. As previously stated, it seems apparent she is not professionally trained as a massage therapist. Be sure to adhere to the pre massage rules as stated in the YouTube video that's sent out when scheduling. I strongly believe this was the longest hour of my life. Needless to say, I will not be back and absolutely cannot with a sound mind, recommend this business to anyone.

I am new to MD, and this was my first time driving in to Baltimore. I arrived late due to my GPS routing me the longest way ever, and April took it upon herself to lecture me on why I should never use GPS and that I should have taken 83 (which she had recommended on our convo earlier that morning). I didn't feel comfortable taking word of mouth directions, and she did not understand this. Also, knowing that I was going to be late, I tried calling her before my appt. but she NEVER picked up her phone. Later on she explained that it was an "internet phone" bc she couldn't answer on her cell phone. She never called ME after I was obviously going to be late. This whole situation could have been avoided if I had just been able to get in touch with her to explain and try to reschedule. But she never picked up or contacted me after I was late to try to see where I was! On top of this, she charged me $10 cash for her (filthy) rented space and hour lost. They are conveniently located inside of Marley Station Mall on the first level across from Golds Gym.
