Tried this place a couple of times recently and they were good the first time. The second time even though we had scheduled ahead of time we arrived and they were short a masseuse. They had to bring someone back for break to accommodate us which was quite awkward. Also they are not very prudent and tend to talk about that client in-front of you which if they don't know you speak their language they are very comfortable doing. My wife and I were looking for a massage on Labor Day last minute and luckily we called freedom foot spa who said we could come in at 2pm. When we got there, it wasn't a couples massage as were put in separate rooms. Not a huge deal, it just made me feel like they said yes just to get our business. Needless to say, we went our separate ways and started to prep for our massages. My masseuse asked several times was I there for neck and back. My reply was for full body and after the third time, she understood and went to work. The massage itself, was ok. I tried to ask to adjust the pressure but due to a language barrier, she continued with a bit too much pressure. Between the hard massage bed and super heavy pressure, I was a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, I didn't hate it. I just would have liked a real couples massage, a little less pressure which left me sore for days after, and a softer bed. Overall the price and experience was just ok. The absolute worst! They simply don't know what they're doing. If you're looking for a deep moisturizing treatment, this is the place.... but a massage... absolute not. Pretty much paid for an oil slather. The pressure was non existent or extremely painful. Not to mention the temperature was so cold inside. read more

Very friendly and professoinal. I had a great 60 minute full body massage. I recommend to anyone looking for a good massage.

Went in for 60min full body massage with hot stones. Massage was great. It was a kind of pressure massage, I believe it was acupressure. The scalp massage was heaven. I called a head 15min or so and was told walk in was fine. When I arrived I was taken care of right away. The place is small with only 4-5 rooms but it was nice and clean. I plan to try the foot massage next time. My only issue is that my masseuse was waiting for me at the door and asked for a tip. That was kind of off putting but I will give them another try. read more

$40 for an hour of pure foot heaven is worth it! The ladies are polite and they provide wonderful Chinese foot massages. Your lower extremities (knees to feet) will feel so light afterward. I am sure it helps with fluid retention since my shoes felt bigger. I have been to five different reflexologists there and they were all different in their approach, but all wonderful! I look forward to indulging in a foot massage once or twice a month there. I know it makes me a nicer and calmer person. I have a cash tip ready for them when they are done since they work so hard. read more

I made a 12:00 appointment was a few minutes late. When I got there they said they couldn't see me. I gladly told them I would wait giving them the befit if the doubt. I waited 40 minutes and they then said they have someone who just made an appointment and couldn't see me even after waiting all that time. It seems to me because the full body massage are more $ they were putting those ahead of everything else, didn't matter that I had called and waited. I Have plantar fasciitis which causes a lot of foot pain. I need somewhere I can go couple times a month. The first 15 minutes were spent cleaning my freshly showered feet and pushing on my shoulders...Thought I was here for a foot massage??? Had to ask because I was thinking I was a something else. She worked a lot on the knees and legs. Kept walking out every time the door beeped which I counted was 5x. Which was very distracting and took a lot of time out of my massage. I gave her 15% tip and she had the nerve to ask for more because it was an "hour" massage. Smh . Nice, clean spa with polite staff. Walk ins are accepted and the prices are very reasonable. No frills or amenities but a good massage at a low cost. I had a one half hour reflexology foot massage and a one half hour back massage and highly recommend these services. I came in and there was a bit of a wait but the nice ladies gave me a quiet room where I could read my kindle while I waited. I will definitely be back! read more

When I called and ask what the rate was for an hour massage the lady said $50 for the first time, after the crappy massage that I received, the lady charge me $60. We went back and forth about it and she kept playing ignorant, I said fine and paid the $60. On top of a that I was nice enough to tip her $10, and she kept asking for a $20 tip, I did Not tip her $20. This is the last time I come to this place! read more

Have been a few times for a foot massage. Last week I thought I would try the full body. Both on the phone when I walked in, didn't greet me for a bit. Finally they took me back , opened the curtain I went in then she shut it. I undressed and laid the beach towel over my body. I told her that I didn't want my back done and to not get the knots out. I told her, they are mine and I want to keep them. Hurts too bad. I just wanted to be able to relax and not get hurt all over. Well, 1/2 later and about a dozen times telling her that it hurts, she would get upset. Thank God she was done my back. When she did my head I had to lean it against the table so my head wouldn't jerk so much. She had no problem exposed me to the "curtains" that don't close all the way. People walking back and forth. Because of lack of space on here, I'll just tell you, DO NOT GO THERE. At the end, I was on my back, she lifted my legs ups and slammed them down. Just about killed my back. She did that twice. WHY??? What could that possibly do??? She spoke very very little English, I was trying to tell her that she is hurting me. Why didn't I get up?? I was not dressed and very little English is spoken there I knew they wouldn't understand what I was complaining about. So I just endured it and prayed for the hour to be up. If you ignore my post then be prepared to endure a hurtful experience. read more

I really like this place, the massage therapists are excellent (I am one myself) and they are very nice in general. The place is clean and neat. It is no-frills, but comfortable and peaceful and for the price it is good enough for me! I always tip at least 20-30 percent, the therapists at almost any massage place probably don't make a high percentage of the cost of the massage, so they really depend on tips for income. read more

No English. Could not communicate, no attempt to provide the service requested. Could not even complain as they could not understand. Massage was not completed, left unsatisfied with the service received. They do not take American Express and ask you to tip before the massage if you are paying card. Do not recommended.
