The robe is big but thin, and the sandals were super comfy. The space itself is pretty large and very quiet, the paint and decor have a really relaxing, mindful effect. The service was great, check in was a breeze and my massage therapist, John, was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, he checked in with me several times during the session, and he was very attentive. I highly recommend him, he is an expert! After 90 minutes with hot stones and bamboo sticks, I was very relaxed. I'll absolutely be back!

I went to change out of my street clothes for their gown and slippers and well, I could not fit either. I was confused, no one had asked my size so I figured the items would be fit most? Im an XL and that robe could not go around, the slippers were like a size 7. The kicker was you were supposed to undress to sit in a coed waiting space with a direct line of sight for thr front door. I was very uncomfortable. I thought for sure I must have missed something. I went back and grabbed a towel (that also did not.wrap around me) to cover anything exposed. The massage itself was a good one technically, but the room was hard to relax in as I could hear cars passing by in traffic and passersby on the sidewalk talking. Personally, I am drawn to go back but I highly suggest some additions to have all guest feel welcomed in the space.

I was unsure where to go so sat around for a while after I arrived - then finally asked a hair stylist to contact Zina's. Someone came to get me shortly thereafter. We went up to the 2nd floor where the massage rooms are. I needed to use the restroom and was amazed by how large the space was. My masseuse directed me to the massage room we would be in. He told me to take a seat and asked why I was there or what I needed, something to that effect. I told him I'd recently moved and all my joints ached. He left me to get undressed and on the table, then returned shortly for the massage. I'd say overall it was an excellent massage. I'd let him know during the session I liked a lot of pressure, which he mostly provided for the rest of the massage. After the massage, I felt like new person and my joints no longer ached. Overall, excellent visit. I've never had a male masseuse before and I do feel I was a little uncomfortable about that, BUT, I cannot deny how good my body felt afterward. I'm working on getting over myself, lol.

So... My partner and I came here for her birthday. I purchased an IV Treatment for her and a B12…read moreshot for myself. And overall, I just wanted to see the entire place because there was so much they were offering on the website. I thought to myself this would be a great place for One-Stop shopping in therapy & self-care. When I called to get more information about the IV treatments, I was referred to the website of the third party who was actually providing the treatment. It was good information and I was all in! When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Adrian, notice my hat and we had a very long conversation. We were both from New Mexico and had a lot to exchange. He showed us around and was very pleasant. Small world! When we were completing the tour the practitioner arrived to give us IV treatments. My partner was set up in a chair that seemed to be used for the IV treatments. It was something like a dentist chair but you could tell it was specifically for that purpose. Then a customer arrive to use the bike (for some sort of oxygen treatment) and another employee basically came and said we had to move. She made us felt as though we were intruding because the woman administering the IV treatment was a third party vendor (she further relayed she had no control over those appointments so we had to move). It was off-putting. We moved into a room that seemed to be for massage therapy. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman administering the IV treatment had to break out her phone flashlight to get enough light to administer the IV. I also use the red light therapy bed and honestly looked forward to trying some of the other therapies (specifically massage & acupuncture), but I don't think this is for me. The massage rooms look very private and perhaps calming. However, there seems to be a lot going on in the main space. It gives me locker room vibes, which may work for some, but it was not what I was expecting. If you live in the city, you can have IV treatments at your home. They'll come to you. That's what I've done going forward.

Omg I would give -1 stars if I could. My husband had to go…read moreout of town for a funeral and wanted to plan something special for me for Mother's Day. He doesn't know anything about spas or pricing, so he called over to the four seasons. All they had available was a 20 min hydrofacial (bc it's a busy day, duh). The issue is that they charged THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS (yes, you read that right - $375) for a 20-MINUTE hydrofacial. Aka someone rubbed lotion on my face for 13 minutes. when I inquired about this very exorbitant bill, they said - this was the price agreed upon via email, according to our dynamic pricing. (In a very rude, snide tone, with a fake smile). I called my husband who said - yes, I agreed to that, but I was told you would have access to very nice amenities for several hours. LOL! Very nice? Yes, I know the four seasons name SHOULD have very nice amenities. This locker room was so small and so crowded that I couldn't even walk 1 step without bumping into someone. The person giving us a tour kept apologizing for how messy it was ("sorry, it's a really busy weekend for us") - no towels out, etc. there is a small hot tub - sorry, that's not exactly novel. There are two lounging areas. One with three chairs that look out onto... nothing, just a window with frosted glass that you can't see through. Six lounging chairs, and one small table outside that does have a nice view. (This is the only view in the entire spa). They have a small sauna room also. Nothing out of the ordinary, and not up to expectations for what is supposed to be a four seasons spa. On top of that, every single person in that spa was sitting/lying scrolling on their phones. In what world are phones allowed in a spa, let alone in a "clothing optional" hot tub room??! So I paid four hundred dollars for 13 mins of a facial massage (which WAS nice) and then sat outside at a random table for an hour. left quickly because there wasn't anything else to do to kill time. I just cannot believe that a place can charge that much for a service. Totally inappropriate, waste of money, do not recommend.

My favorite part is the vitality pool, heated stone chairs, sauna, and lounge. It was great to relax with those amenities. Everything was extremely clean. The vitality pool/sauna area is separated by gender and clothing optional. However, phones are allowed, and while it is fine to have one in a robe pocket, phones should not be out when others are around, especially in an area like that. But that is allowed, so be wary. Our massages were fine, but nothing we would rush back to or pay for again. I'd want to try a body scrub or wrap, my typical spa service. I'd also love to visit in warmer weather and use the outdoor pool. I am very much looking forward to returning.
