They were supposed to order a seal kit wasn't done either. I had to go pick up parts for my husband. There were three people behind the counter, two were "working" (actually bs'g with I assume customer friends). It took me 20 mins to actually have someone ask if I was waited on & when I said no he acted surprised he actually had to work. I made him open cylinder to make sure it was the correct one AFTER they finally found it. I asked about seal kit the guy said "oh this is all you need" after all he was very busy you know. He gave me two seals - which are the WRONG ONES!! Even after I had asked him twice. Oh? The guy that had actually asked if I needed help didn't have a clue about anything or where it was. A second guy had to help him. I asked for total, wrote the check and waited & waited.......second guy says "you need something else" I said ummmmmmm to pay and get the receipt! The response was "oh". So now a THIRD trip to Dowagiac - 55 mins away because Ausra doesn't have their crap together. RIDICULOUS!!

At the convention I attended I got a short one tone blue wig and a $42 triceratops stuffie.  Now before you judge, it was super duper cute.  At the time they had 3 dinosaurs (though it was rumored there would be more in the nearish future) and they were modeled after Smores.  The trisaratops was the gramn cracker and had the baige color.  There was also a chocolate brown colored dino and a marshmallow white dino.  They all were super cute but I could only get one. This store has a great selection of items and often has events going on.  Over the weekend of September 20-22 they had some free things going on since Ramencon was happening nearby.  My husband was able to get a pop figure box signed by the voice actor while there and he was ecstatic. The staff is friendly, the merch is cute and the store is well stocks and clean.  I love Tasty Peach.  I will come back over and over and over again.
