The delivery came, but we were told that only the swing itself comes assembled- the A-frame to house the swing did not. Upon calling the store, we spoke to Marty, owner/manager, who confirmed this, and said he did not know where the miscommunication occurred but implying it was my mom and son who heard wrong. Nonetheless, the swing was put together by the delivery guy. When my mom asked for a loyal customer token of appreciation for all the chaos and miscommunication, Marty basically called her integrity and character into question and claimed she had been planning this entire interaction for compensation. I was appalled that a long time customer would be treated this way, and I am extremely disappointed. Whatever happened to treating a customer with kindness and valuing their loyalty?

I was asked if the they had serviced my mower. I told him I had replaced the brake pads and he asked me why I didn't contact the people I purchased the brake pads from. He then said if he helped me, he wouldn't make any money from me answering any questions. I said I purchased the pads on Amazon. He said that he didn't feel he could help me and and I said, no I guess you don't. we both hung up. I feel that customer service should start with a polite phone call whether or not if you can make money from it.

OK, we understood and were willing to wait but what they threw together was not worth the charge (over $100, already paid for). We were told that there were $55 in flowers (just daisy's & carnation) and $11 for the vase. The rest of the cost was for the greens. Pretty pricey greens (at least $40). Very disappointed.
