They offer quality service and repairs. There aren't many good small engine shops in the area anymore due to the big box stores. When making repairs at home, the correct parts have been found with guidance on how to proceed. If we have a pay a little more, so be it. At least they're available in ways that most stores aren't anymore. They choose their products wisely, offering the best options, even if the inventory may not be huge, the customer benefits from their many years of experience in the small engine world. Quality job and service for repairs, but way overpriced. There's not much competition in the area and as a result they make you pay. Charges for more time than is required on all repairs and replaces things unnecessarily as well. High to mid-high priced on saws and used equipment. They will only get parts for brands they carry, they don't use technology by choice and can't offer assistance with ordering or getting parts for most brands, they will make you get your own parts instead and then charge you out the nose to install them! Service time was a week. Sales staff is quite opinionated and there's some attitude as well. Will try to insinuate they know more than you or that you don't take care of things...who needs that? Won't be back there. Recommend to drive somewhere else and get better customer service and save 50-75% in labor. Ridiculous. read more
