She has been hands down amazing with him. He always looks his best with her. I should say too when we tell him it's time to go see Cindy he wags his tail and gets excited. The minute she comes out to get him from the front she we drop him out, he goes crazy about her. He is immediately running for her or leaping out of our arms for her. He began refusing to go into building of the previous groomer we were using. We do not have this issue at Polished Paws, he easily gets out of the car and leads me into the building. Rebekah is always the groomer that we request. She is so nice and good Albie, not to mention he looks FANTASTIC when she is done. I think he is happier once he has all of his dead hair removed too. I've spoken with vets and done my research, so being dismissed like that was pretty unacceptable. On top of that, the food they're selling for budgies is outrageously priced and not even the right kind for proper care. It's really concerning that a pet store can't provide accurate basic information about the animals they sell. I wouldn't trust the advice here if you actually care about your pets. If I could rate this place negative stars I would.

Me and my significant other visited for the first time January 5th 2026... everything was fine…read moreuntil we get to the very small reptile section.. there's only one leopard gecko and it seemed they couldn't even care enough to make sure it ate or anything... extremely malnourished.. laying deceased under it's carpet :/ I've just never seen a full grown leopard gecko in such bad shape it was so shocking I had to post it here... I've been feeling so bad for the poor guy, the worms that were in his feeding dish were still alive too so someone saw him like this and chose to not take action. beyond digusting. We never ended up informing an employee because they were all busy with customers and as were waiting for an employee some annoying lady walked passed with her kid making laughing at the poor thing... we just had to leave.
