I've been able to put up with their terrible communication and weird hours because they usually do such an amazing job with my Aussie. I only take him 1-2 times a year for a little trim and clean up. I always specify no shaving because he has a double coat, and it has never been a problem in the past. But this time I showed up to a completely different dog. His entire coat had been completely shaved off. Now I'll be working on it for the next several months and praying it grows back normal. They were literally told not to shave him, and it's not like we're new customers. Will not be returning here.

I used their self wash service today for my dog. Each station was spacious and gated which made me…read morefeel secure if it were ever busy. It's set up like a coin laundromat where you can post for coins up front which equates to 5$ per coin. That coin will give you 7 minutes at their station to use their washing or drying facilities. The coin slot gives you the option to rinse, shampoo, conditioner, dry, flea and tic treatment, disinfect the wash station or turn it off. You cannot pause the timer. I was able to wash and mostly dry my dog in 14 minutes (she didn't like the dryer but it was powerful). My only tip would be to bring your own towels as they charge 1$ per towel. A great suggestion would be to have coat hangers and baskets in the wash station to put your purse in as you wash your pet. I had to swing my coat over divider and place my purse on the floor. They do offer other grooming services such as nail trim and anal glands at around 10$ at the time of this review.

I took it back to exchange it and all of the bags of this brand were expired and the manager quickly ripped them all off the shelf and put them in a cart to get all the expired food out of the store. I had to buy a different brand and when I took it to the register the extremely rude manager said that I didn't deserve an exchange and went on to say that grocery store milk is good for 3 days past the expiration date and for that reason I was not owed an exchange!! The gall!! I looked at her and said, then why did you rip the other bags off the shelf if the expiration date was not an issue?!?! I also told her that I am not paying $25 for a small bag of expired food. She finally processed the exchange, but continued yelling at me throughout the entire process. I will never step foot in another PetSmart. They do not train their employees how to treat customers correctly. PETCO it is from now on!
