The staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions prior to arriving. When we got there I felt prepared and not overwhelmed, even though my dogs were SO excited and just trying to run through the doors to play with the other dogs. The gentleman asked some clarifying questions about the dogs and what they enjoy or don't enjoy. I found this to ease my comfort in where I was leaving my dogs. It showed they wanted to give my pups personal attention even though I'm sure there were many other dogs at day care. The final touch, a report card for BOTH dogs at the end of the day.
