I responded I would be there for the appointment. A little more than 2 hours before the appointment, it was cancelled by them and I was notified they would not give an estimate if they couldn't see the items. I told them they could see the items. This was the agreement right from the start. Then they said they could come and look but still not provide estimate. I complained at the corporate level since this is a franchise of a national company. This is not how I do business. Not for a very large job and not with anyone. Do not recommend these bait and switch people at all. Life is stressful enough with a big job ahead. There are other companies out there. I have already had estimates from two others without problems, and will get at least one more estimate before deciding. Junk King in Hialeah just lost a very big job.
