Due to a storm with high winds, quite a few of the old shingles on our roof were blown off…read more Together with old, rusted and clogged gutters and downspout, we determined that a new roof and gutters were needed. Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

Fifth Park Stoneworks started our hardscaping project in October of 2021 (an approximate $50,000.00…read moreproject). The young teenage boys worked very hard from mid October through December. Our project was put on hold in December due to weather constraints. After a 7 month wait, in mid July, our job was finally scheduled for completion but no one showed up and no one called!! I called the owner, Mervin Esh repeatedly and he has disappeared!! I hired Fifth Park Stoneworks because their website (no longer available) and brochure showed pictures of beautiful high end stone work. I paid 30% more than the bid I got from a competitor to insure that our job would be meticulously installed. We had many challenges with Fifth Park installers who are still learning the trade and no owner on site to manage our project. I am not sure who did the high end stone work in the marketing materials? My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the owner, Mr. Esh who did not come to our job site and who disappeared before our job was finished!! We are left with a HUGE mess... (1) Mismatched blue/grey wall slab. (2) 200 lbs of polymeric sand is needed to finish filling the paver joints. (3) Missing mortar joints. (4) Cracked mortar joints. (only 7 months old) (4) Replacement needed for the wrong size blue stone tread. (5) NO job site clean up - Fifth Park left over 500 sf of blue stone debris. PLUS, I spent 40+ hours picking up crushed stone debris... it is all over the lawn... in every flower bed... in the wooded perimeter... EVERYWHERE!! (6) Mortar residue left on 200+ sf of blue stone pavers. THIS IS NOT A HIGH END STONE MASON... FIFTH PARK STONEWORKS LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!!

Every situation is different and your experience with Class One may be different than ours…read more Based on the insurance estimate, our restoration from a garage fire and interior smoke damage was expected to take approximately 4-6 months to complete. With our project, the majority of work was completed after about 8 months, which was the longest that the insurance would permit our rental housing to be paid. We moved back into the house before some of the final work had been completed. Looking back, scheduling could have been done better to keep the project moving and on schedule. As Class One was a new company when we contracted with them, some sub-contractors had to be vetted and eventually replaced, which added time to the project. Some of the sub-contractors were not of the highest quality or dependable, which led to some of these being replaced during the project. These are the pains of a new business that is growing and expanding. The warranty period after job completion is one year. We had some communication breakdowns during the contract period that led to confusion regarding what was covered under warranty. This was eventually resolved. The owner will work closely with your insurance to insure that all areas that need addressed are included in the restoration.
