The new location is very spacious. When I had some trouble getting the online registration app to work, I emailed them and got a reply not to worry about it. Maybe that has been fixed. I have worked with two therapists, both of whom have doctoral degrees and have been very effective at helping me. I actually look forward to going there, even though I know I will have some pain during the treatment. They are very good about explaining and answering questions. The best thing is that overall I am in less pain than when I started!

Each time we waited around all day and when we finally called the office to see what was going on we were told the person was unavailable. When I asked why we weren't notified we never got an answer. Each time I asked that they please let us know if someone wasn't coming but they never did. They are totally unprofessional and unreliable. I would definitely not recommend them.

I was very skeptical when I first walked into their office. I mean, I'd already done this how many times?! Now, three months down the road, I could not be more grateful to Jake at Horizon. He didn't just do some stretches, pop a TENS unit on me and send me out the door. He tried many different therapies and devices until we found what worked for my neck pain. When it came time to get a home unit for me to continue the work on my own, he worked his butt off to get everything squared away before the end of the year so that it would be completely covered by my insurance. I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am to have my normal life back without constant pain getting in the way. I will never go or recommend anywhere else again!
