This is a terrific practice that we've used for over 14 years. All of the doctors, PAs, nurses, and staff are dedicated and really care about the kids. And all of our exams have been very thorough. Plus, the appointments are scheduled so well that we never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I was disappointed to see the negative rating here. It was a good reminder for me not to rely on the number of stars a business has, but to take the time to read the reviews. For instance, it's unfortunate that this practice should be penalized for protecting their staff and patients from a hypersensitive parent who forgot to wear their face mask properly. (Btw -- Same person gave our beloved local Kone King one star also because he was not wearing a mask. Maybe it's you.) read more

East Aurora Pediatrics is the example of how pediatricians should be. Dr. Barker calls us personally to see how the kids are doing after we've had a major illness or allergic reaction. I will never forget when my oldest child was 2 weeks old and we had to bring him in for a rash. As we were walking out, Dr. Siegel (who has since retired), walked out to the elevator to tell us one additional suggestion he thought of. We remarked about how nice it was that he came out to the elevator to add that. A few minutes later as my husband and I were getting the baby in the car, Dr. Siegel came running out of the building. He came out to tell us that we could skip our previously scheduled appointment that was in a few days, since we had to come in today for the rash. He didn't need to do that. He could have let us show up to the appointment anyway or he could have had the receptionist call us. He went out of his way. All of our kids regularly see Ellen, the NP. She is amazing. Her temperament and demeanor make even the most anxious kids feel comfortable. She has helped me as a young mom with so many stages of parenting and I am grateful for the personal care that this whole office provides. She is a household name for my kids, who see her as a trusted source who cares for them when they need it. Finally, with young kids, there is never a dull moment. I can't tell you how many times I have called and they've taken me in 5-10 minutes, or how often they've rearranged appointments, stayed late or walked me through an issue over the phone. Have gone here with all my kids and recently with covid-19. I was in the office and forgot to put my mask over my nose and the doctors there are rude and ignorant and dont appreciate their tone. Quote " sir you can either put your mask on or leave" that was because it was not over my nose and the first time someone ever said anything. You can never get a hold of the billing department-no matter at what time of the day you call or how many messages you leave. I was judged for choosing to not breastfeed my baby. After requesting to never see that doctor, they set my next appointment up with her. They never check the notes from the previous appointment, so it's like "50 First Dates" every time you go. I'm pretty annoyed with East Aurora Pediatrics. My children have been patients of this establishment for 15 years now. We've never had a problem until recently, when a new billing manager had been hired. Our health insurance has not changed in this amount of time, yet we are being billed for my youngest child's well visits, blood work appointments, and vaccinations. All which are covered through the insurance we already pay quite a bit for. We've gone back and forth with the office and insurance, always being reassured that the claims were handled by insurance and we only owed our co-pays. Trying to get a hold of the billing is impossible. We've left several messages to discuss the matter, without any return calls. Recently, we received a Nastygram from this billing manager, claiming they've been trying to reach us to discuss our matter to no avail. What? Is this woman serious? Because she hasn't been able to 'settle' our account, she's sent our account to collections. Thanks! We owe nothing, yet we e been sent to collections. Great system East Aurora Pediatrics! The only reason we still patronize this unorganized, unprofessional, dump, is because my children love Dr. Gupta and losing her as our physician would stink. But sadly, due to the actions of the impossible to work with office, we'll be seeking medical care elsewhere. Thanks Colleen, billing manager, you've made our choice to leave! My grandson who is 5 has been going East Aurora Pediatrics since he was born. Every time I went and I'm sure my daughter feels the same. We left having more questions then when we went in. Shame on us for not recognizing hoe inept these people are. We've seen all the Pediatricians that work there and all of them have different ideas and treatments. all I've never felt at ease with these people. My grandson was visibly suffering running nose a difficulty breathing. Then they go home with no prescription nothing. They didn't even tell her to keep him home from school. The teacher knew something was wrong yet a doctor didn't. A simple look in his ear would have shown he had an infection. He also had another distributing condition that would have required surgery. My daughter immediately sought a second opinion the Dr. at Big Tree pediatrics found all of this within a few minutes. It was so obvious what he had. These people should not be treating children. I'm noticing a lot of parents are complaining about them. Do your child a big favor and take him somewhere else. My grandson could have suffered permit damage at the hands of these Dr's who aren't qualified. read more
