We have had a doctor with them for over 15 years. Luckily we never had to actually use them except the regular annual physical check. however, the recent experience with them for a simple blood test was horrible and terrible. I do not understand how the doctors and nurses at this healthcare facility can refuse to answer patients' questions about how a decision or diagnosis was made, especially when CDC guidelines were not followed. When I requested information about how the decision was reached without following CDC guideline, they hung up on me. read more

We switched last year from another local practice and we have been SO incredibly happy here. We've seen a number of doctors and NPs and they've all been wonderful. The receptionists and nurses, too. We never wait long at all, everyone takes the time to answer questions, and I've never once been made to feel like I was overreacting for bringing them in when they're sick. read more

As a first time mom who had a preemie daughter who had formula issues, RSV/asthma, and bad eczema all the first couple months I only have positive things about the doctors and nurses that work here. Dr Kessler and Christine are who we typically see and they're hands down amazing. I ask a lot of stupid questions (even for the second kid) And they always answer without making me feel dumb. I've had a couple other doctors as well for sick appointments and they've been great too. My daughter was sick for a while her first winter and they went above and beyond for our family. Even staying a few minutes late so we can rush her in to be seen or talk to me over the phone despite having an appointment the day before just to make me feel more comfortable. We have been going to this practice since 2006 and they were wonderful for the first 10 years, but since 2016, they have gone downhill and since 2020, they've really gotten just awful since merging with a bunch of other offices. And some of their good Dr.'s have left or retired. Now everyone is just extremely overworked. That's what private equity will do. If it wasn't so hard to change Dr's, we would have by now. There is as NP we saw there once who shames parents and kids, and who we have to request NOT to see if we have to take a kid in for a sick visit. Their staff and some of the nurses are downright rude and think they know what's better for kids and your life than you do. Staff scoffs at you if you come in wearing a mask - like we really want to be in an office full of sick kids and coughing desk staff in January without them? If you need a sick visit, you're far better off going to Pediatric Urgent Care. And if you need vaccines for your older kids, you're better off going to a drugstore and then having them share the record with their office. Go for well visits only - and stick to one Dr. who you vibe with, refuse to see anyone you don't, and stand up for yourself against the rude staff and nurses. If you stand up to them politely and are firm, they will get to know that they can't push you around or gaslight you, and they won't mess with you as much. Otherwise, they will give you the "bum's rush" and treat you poorly. read more

Staff were very rude. We tend to always have long waits. Staff presents with poor communication and lack of concern for my children. A doctor (male) also told me I should only be feeding my baby breast milk and shamed me for using formula. Not all moms are able to breast feed. This practice should really take more ethical, customer sevice and professional training. read more

So, my children have been patients at Williamsville Pediatric Center since they were born. I'm actually cringing now because my son is about to turn 21, and we will have to find another doctor for him. EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE we have had with Williamsville Pediatric Center over the years has been ENTIRELY positive. Dr. Kessler is extraordinary, but I have to admit........ALL of the doctors and support staff at this office are magnificent. They have never let us down once. It's gotten worst. We've been bringing my son here for 9 years and daughter for 5. Once Dr. Roland left it soon changed. It's frustrating because you can almost never get anyone on the phone. When you leave a message or write on the parent portal it's usually 2-3 days before anyone calls back. I couldn't even tell you who either of my kids doctors are, because it's usually someone different every time we have to go there. We have been with Williamsville Pediatrics since August of 2020, and let me say that ever since the first time we went into the office it has been a terrible experience. We saw a nurse practitioner who made us feel like we were terrible parents for our choices that we made with our child. I am not talking about vaccinations for which we do, just about the formulas that we wanted to use for nutrition after breastfeeding. The nurse practitioner said to us that she would "never feed her kids that formula" and made us feel like terrible parents. This happened everytime we came into the office, we were made to feel like bad parents and uneducated on our choices. My wife felt so disrespected, she decided to file a complaint with the office manager about how we were treated and we are not the type of people to ever file a complaint. This was 2 months ago and we thought that everything would just blow over. Fast forward to today and we received a certified letter notifying us that we are no longer welcome at Williamsville Pediatrics due to an "incident" with their staff member. Mind you it was just one person, a certain red headed nurse practitioner. It seems that if you have any disagreement with how they recommend raising your child or the type of formula you want to use they will not only make you feel like a bad parent but they will also kick you out of their practice via certified mail. Not only do they not have the decency to talk to you face to face about kicking you out of their practice, they decided that they would kick us out ONE WEEK before our 4 month check up and shots. Now we have to find a new pediatrician before our next appointment so our son stays on vaccination schedule. Please do not waste your time going to this office. I am at a loss for words. My three children have been established patients for eighteen years. I called at 9am this morning and was told that they had no sick appointments available. My fourteen year old has asthma and the nurse told me I was describing just cold symptoms and it wasn't necessary to bring him in. He had pneumonia last month and a history of asthma. I guess to many doctors took off today and unfortunately my son has to pay the price. Now I'm at the pediatric urgent care waiting to be seen. Thank goodness someone else cares. New mothers and fathers if you are looking to begin a relationship for your child stay away!!!! This place has only gone down hill since Dr. Gloria left. read more

My daughter was refused medical attention and when I asked to speak with the office manager the receptionist laughed at me! yes that's correct LAUGHED!!! I said wow that's pretty immature of you and she corrected me by saying I didn't laughing I chuckled and then hung up on me. I called back and got another unpleasant receptionist who said well its been a long day and we've had parents yelling at us all day (I can see why) ... oh ya she ended up hanging up on me as well after I went off on how I was being unfairly treated. please do yourself a favor and don't go to this place! Between the nurses and front desk staff its not worth the disrespect you WILL encounter at some point. Please be a voice for your child and don't let these bullies make you think other wise about your decisions. You know your child... your voice should be heard... and if it not just one time leave like we are! too many other places in the area to be treated like garbage. I LOVE IT HERE!! i'm 20 years old and I still come here for dental care and general medical help. I highly recommend Dr. Wang (pediatrician), Dr. Dunn (dentist), and Mrs. Galasso who cleans teeth like nobody else! Every time I'm back in buffalo I come here for everything I need. I would recommend you keep your children out of this medical practice. They do NOT believe in informed consent and demand that you have medical procedures upon your child even when you are reluctant to do so. If you chose to delay vaccinations or chose to forego a vaccination they will kick you and your children out of their practice. I was reluctant to bring my son here given all the not so wonderful reviews. But my daughters pediatrician is too far, now that we moved practically around the corner from here. I have found the staff to be extremely polite, accommodating, and funny. Then doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners are extremely bright and helpful. I called on a Saturday just with a general question and they suggested I "pop in" so the doctor could check things out. They were very busy but we didn't wait more than 10 minutes and were in and out within a half hour. Even though I love my daughters pediatrician, we are in the process of transferring her here as well. read more

At first I loved it here, because my daughter's doctor is very kind and thorough. However, in the year that she's been going here, every time we've made a phone call, for either a medical question or an appointment question, the office staff have been very rude. It's one of those things where you can hear the attitude in their voice, even if they don't outright say rude things. My daughter always seems to get sick on the weekends, and even though their phone line is always supposed to be open for questions, the nurses that receive our calls act like we are bothering them. We are first time parents, we don't know sometimes when our daughter's health problems are worth a trip to the doctor or something we can treat at home. It's gotten to the point where we are afraid to call for medical advice because of how rude the office staff is when we do. And every time we call, they keep telling us that the information is on their website, as if implying that we are idiots who wasted their time calling instead of looking it up. Yes, their website has a lot of information, but when it comes to my daughter's health, I want to speak to an actual doctor, rather than rely on a webpage with generalized symptoms and treatments. And they're not accommodating.We tried to reschedule an appointment, just 15 minutes later and the woman on the phone had a clear attitude in her voice as if we were asking for the world. They really couldn't let us arrive just a few minutes later? I don't see how it would put them behind schedule if we arrived 5-10 minutes late because of a conflicting event. I'm going to start looking into how I can switch my daughter to a different pediatrician, because my daughter deserves better. I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering the office by calling them when it is their job to help us. read more
