Working with Casey, Zhan, and Muhammad was so much fun. They all made me feel so comfortable. When I got there Zhan started right away on hair and Makeup. She made me look perfect. My hair really had the wow factor I was looking for. My make up was on point. She made sure every bit of me looked perfect. Casey makes you feel really comfortable. She set up our scene and help with all the clothes, shoes, and poses. She really took me from average to model. She is fun to work with and always make sure you are comfortable. I am SO happy with my boudoir session with Casey. Not only was her customer service absolutely wonderful, but her positivity and encouragement during the shoot made me so much more comfortable. Casey and Zhan is above a 5 Star experience I scheduled an Boudoir Photo Shoot, which this was my first and I did not know what to expect. I was so nervous. Zhan is amazing hair and make-up experience was phenomenal. I am more plain Jane then a Super Model. After Hair and Make-up alone I felt amazingly beautiful. Then going trying on all the different outfits to choose what I wanted for my shoot was even harder. I had to go for the larger package due to many outfits I loved on myself. I had an engagement photo shoot over a year ago and never received my photos. After several attempts to contact Casey (she replied one time after several attempts to contact and inquire when we would receive photos), I never heard back. I finally gave up and just never got to have engagement photos. Also, the photographer was VERY unprofessional. Casey didn't take the photos, it was someone else who worked for the company. He made several sexual innuendos, that made my husband upset while we were taking the phots. the star was placed in error my rating 5 thumbs down ~ It all started on a beautiful sunny day September 30th 2017 at Heather Farms Park in Walnut Creek. It was our fathers 85th birthday and my sister hired Eastbay photography to take our photos. The photographer's assigned to us was Casey and Mike. Mike arrived on time however Casey was tardy. As the photo shoot went on I could sense Casey and Mike's working relationship towards one another was unprofessional. Not to mention profanity used.( Mind you children present from the ages of 1 year to 12 years) . We received an email from Casey on October 25th, 2017 stating that we have to place our order in by October 31st, 2017 to receive discounted pricings due to the her delay in getting our photo gallery out late due to computer issues. My order was placed and paid in full on Oct 29, 2017.. My requested prints were received on November 13th 2017. However my prints were not acceptable, they were very yellowish, uneven colors, I was not pleased with the quality. I notified Casey of my situation, via email on Nov 13th, 2017. She responded and said that she would look into it and immediately send out new prints with no hesitation. After several weeks gone by I sent numerous text back and forth to Casey, she would always have some type of excuse .ie.. machine problems, photo lab issues, out of state wedding excuse after excuse. Even after Casey stated new photos will be sent out overnight to me on Dec 07, 2017, in text form. Still waiting patiently.. On December 18th 2017 , I text Casey for the last time to get a status on my photo prints, she still has yet to respond . As of this date, January 16th, 2018, I have yet to receive new prints or a refund from East Bay photography!! Casey has demonstrated lack of respect for others, lack of due diligence , lack of communication , no accountability of her actions and lack of INTEGRITY!!!. I , however did the right thing returned the original prints back to her. We can only hope she changes her ways of handling her business! read more

I did a boudoir shoot and I was incredibly nervous about it. The moment I met Casey I started to feel at ease. After getting my beautiful hair and make up done I started to feel beautiful. The moment she started taking pictures I turned in to a confident woman. Casey made me feel like a supermodel. I felt beautiful and happy and proud of what I was doing. My sister in law and I did our shoots at the same time which was so convenient and fun and wasn't awkward or strange in anyway. I honestly am so excited to my photos!! Today I had a boudoir photo shoot and it is something that was the last thing on my mind. I recently had many surgeries including one 2 weeks ago and I specifically told her I wanted my scars hidden.
