The truck I wanted to see here was a bit higher trimmed and more expensive than I budgeted for. David and his team were great and took care of me: when I found a few odd items on the vehicle (example: aftermarket windshield that rendered the HUD hard to use), they took the cost of fixing those issues off of the price tag, as any honest dealer should. I had another bad expirence over the summer, had someone bring my car in for regular service for me. I called set up the service and told them I wanted nothing more than what I scheduled. When my car was brought in they tried to upsale the service and when I called to dispute the extra work they did. The service manager was extremely rude and told me to send in someone competent next time. I spoke with the sales manager regarding my experience and he didn't seem surprised by my complaint. He apologized and offered to assist me in setting up services in the future. I will not be going back here.
