There's still dirt all over my doors, they don't dress or shine the dash/doors, they didn't even clean the interior of my tailgate, and the ketchup on seatbelt? Still there.

There is something wrong with the BBB process and other oversight processes that people have yet to be able to do anything about this business. The truck I wanted to see here was a bit higher trimmed and more expensive than I budgeted for. David and his team were great and took care of me: when I found a few odd items on the vehicle (example: aftermarket windshield that rendered the HUD hard to use), they took the cost of fixing those issues off of the price tag, as any honest dealer should. I had another bad expirence over the summer, had someone bring my car in for regular service for me. I called set up the service and told them I wanted nothing more than what I scheduled. When my car was brought in they tried to upsale the service and when I called to dispute the extra work they did. The service manager was extremely rude and told me to send in someone competent next time. I spoke with the sales manager regarding my experience and he didn't seem surprised by my complaint. He apologized and offered to assist me in setting up services in the future. I will not be going back here.
