We bought the car, and the engine light came on within two months. When I called the dealer, he responded, "I do not want to listen to your stories." I hung up. When I went to BBB, I saw that people had submitted terrible reviews, but the business rating is still A+. When I called BBB, they said nobody had complained about them. I am shocked. There is something wrong with the BBB process and other oversight processes that people have yet to be able to do anything about this business. DO NOT EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE EVEN IF THEY START ANOTHER BUSINESS.

Cubes have been discontinued and they are hard to find around here. After widening the search farther and farther, I finally found one at Nelson Auto Sales, in North Branch MN. I KNOW. It's like 1700 miles away or something. When I called to ask if it could be sent over, they admitted they did not have a deal like that with a sister-showroom out here, but when I told them I was willing to fly over to drive it back, (after their initial surprise) they went to every trouble to make that happen- made sure it was tuned up and and just as safe as could be. Eric, in particular, went out of his way to personally insure all was in good running order, since I was literally trusting them with my life- car bought/ sight unseen. He double-checked the tires, and took the time to show me how to use the features, which were great. He even drove it all the way down from the dealership to the airport, which saved me hours! I can't say enough nice things about them. And the car was a champ! It floated up the hills and mountains. Even over the Continental Divide! (ahhh!!) Sun-dogs chased me all the way home so that I had to outrun snow all through Wyoming and Montana! (Snow is horrifying to Seattle; we shut down over more than about 2 inches :~D) So now I am safely at home, as of yesterday, and gratefully writing a review- for not only finding the best deal in the nation, pretty much, but also the care they took. My Equinox looks better than new, it took a week after she ordered the parts, she dealt with the insurance claim, she dealt with Enterprise for my rental, I was able to pick it up right there at their shop and drop it off there as well.
