We rented a luxury home for a significant price. We were locked out of our home with my toddler after bedtime because they gave us the incorrect key and not offered so much as an email apology let alone compensation. Further, they had poor communication post-rental and it overall left us quite disappointed. We won't plan to rent from them in the future based on this experience.

Bruno was recommended to me by another friend and when I called he got right back to me and had a quote for me in no time. IT was reasonable and well detailed. He started the work without ever meeting me or getting money from me. ( I live off-island). He was ALWAYS there on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He took pictures and videos of the work and kept me updated daily. Shortly after, the pandemic hit, and construction was halted. Well, with the very rainy season this caused an issue despite his valiant effort to keep the roof safe from the wind and rain. He went to the trouble of getting special permission to go over and secure the area again to protect it from the rains and winds, all the while being harassed by people driving by and witnessing his working.
