The house was very nice and clean. The only real problem there, was no internet or cable. So if you want to stream, you better make sure you have either a roku or google chrome cast with you. Since none of the TV are smart tv's! Also the internet is a little buffering problem. If you wpn't have cable then at least for the amount you pay, have a smart tv. Or just have cable based on what they want to rent the place!

Sadly, the pool wasn't open due to lifeguard staffing issues, but everything else was awesome. They also host lots of events and gatherings for the residents that are always well-attended. The amenities are rich and plentiful: fully-equipped gym and workout area; large outdoor pool; several meeting spaces; firepit, outdoor grilles; pool table; Pickleball court; theater for free movie-watching, with nightly attractions; social events; a professional kitchen adjacent to a comfortable dining area; and more, like the quality artwork that lines the walls of the quiet hallways. A wide variety of clubs are available to join: bridge, poker, books, knitting, mahjong, bingo, and a whole lot more. The couples and singles who live at Everleigh are congenial and companionable. Units are small. Kitchens consist of a coffee pot and microwave. Luxuries are non existent. But it is cleaner and better managed than most of the other nearby no name motels. First red flag: in July 2022 they refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask, and they absolutely…read moredo NOT supply masks, but let you know what stores still sell them. Second red flag: during the July 2022 heat wave, they didn't have the AC on in the room we checked into. So it was over 90 in the room and only the room with the wall AC cooled off. The living room/kitchenette area was over 80 degrees well into the first night. Third red flag: my son dropped a Cheeto on the floor and it was covered in ants within minutes. Didn't see the ants before then, but they must have been there. Fourth red flag: room came with a roll and half of toilet paper. On the third day we were getting low so I went to get another roll. Receptionist said they only supply toilet paper on Mondays and Wednesdays. Any other day you want toilet paper you must buy your own. I asked more questions about that because it was such an inane thing. She said the toilet paper is locked up and that room is only opened on Mondays and Wednesdays and she didn't have a key so she had no toilet paper to give. Weird policy if you ask me. For hundreds of dollars a day it seems strange. I recommend you look else where. Fifth red flag: when I started writing this review, I looked closer at the policies (like maybe they tell you to bring your own toilet paper... they don't). Anyways, their listed policies providing your vaccine records to check in. Pretty scary in my opinion.

Truthfully, I'm torn about the fault of the realtor here, but here's my logic: 1) Place was disgustingly (and evidently) unclean; I vacuumed when I arrived. 2) Place was sort of falling apart; bathroom floor tile was coming up around toilet (gross), holes in screens, mildew on bathroom ceiling; called realtor to let them know to not lose security deposit 3) Realtor didn't seem to care at all when we 'checked-out' and were pretty clear that the place was a disappointment. Realtor responsibilities that would have avoided this circumstance: 1) Tell owner to clean it - hey, here's the number of a cleaning service we recommend and it MUST BE cleaned before the renters get in. 2) View property before listing it - then you might say to owner, hey, dude, some of this stuff really needs to be fixed before we will offer it to our clients 3) Look for feedback? An obvious statement of discontent by the renters should trigger some inquiry. Once we were provided no venue to feedback (not even a simple: "How was you vacation?"), my thought changed from "I will never rent THAT HOUSE again", to "I will never do business with THAT REALTOR again".
