DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. I was told my car would be ready 6 times and every time it was a different story on why it was not ready. Remember the flat tire trick? when your late for work, well they did that to me 3 good times and not ready again lol. I think they need someone there who can work and know what there doing. the first time they told me 3 months then not ready. Dropped it off in Feb it's June now and no car I gave him till may in Feb but he said it will be ready before then but not. it;s Juneteen no car. I have missed 3 car shows and car still not ready.His name is Alex. But the biggest problem I think was that I trusted him as his word but he has let me down every time. and I paid them as they asked, up front. Absolute horrible service. Very unprofessional & rude. Employees are never working, they are always sitting down. When you pull up no one comes out to assist you, you have to wait outside the garage door until someone comes out. It's a hole in the wall body shop. 0/10.I would not recommend. Truck went in the shop in August & here it is November my truck still isn't repaired correctly. After the first "repair" I went to pick up my truck, when I got there I expressed that I had an antenna prior to the crash. He insisted that I didn't & proceeded to order the part after he accused me of trying to get over on him. Truck still wasn't repaired. Had to go back a second time. Every time I took my truck I had to find a way to work. Very inconvenient. Went back a third time to get nothing resolved. As me & my friend are trying to ask questions one of the employees gets rowdy. He has a attitude & at this point he stands up & starts walking towards us. The owner comes out & doesn't address the situation, just goes to say we need to leave. That that was our best bet. He never addressed the situation. After finally giving the key to the manager, we left. Not even 15 minutes later they call for me to come get my car. Told me they were not going to fix it & basically stole the money for a service they never completed. They are not professional at all & don't care about you or your car. Just the money. My car is still not repaired. If you are a woman, I advise you go somewhere where they won't try to take advantage of you. Like i stated before, the shop is horrible & has horrible & rude employeees. Mr. Chester Jackson always takes care of my car in a timely manner and produces long lasting results. Excellent prices for his quality, professionalism, and experience. I highly recommend paying a visit to his family owned shop. I always leave confident knowing Mr. Jackson will back up his work. Dont be alarmed by its exterior...its rhe inside that counts! I don't leave a lot of reviews, and I haven't been to Chester's shop; but after seeing that news story about the charity work he does for kids and those bikes being stolen, I hope the local Columbus folks bring their cars to him for service. What a nice guy; he deserves your business! He is a hero in the community, there's no doubt about that. read more
