My car was still drivable so I did some online research and found North Columbus. I stopped in and talked with Billy and he went over their process with me. We talked about how my insurance would process the claim and after seeing their work I was sold. I got my car in a few days later and arranged for my rental car with the insurance company. They went over my car and sent corrections back to my adjuster and ordered my parts. I was able to see the progress of my repair online everyday up to completion. I picked up my car and it had been fully detailed including the inside and was looking brand new. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work with great customer service!

The car they did in 2012 is still around & didn't peel, fade, or anything - it looked brand new - and to this day, she still looks great! -- believe what you want, but from my experience, they have great quality, skill, I got it for one of their special deals or sale prices & they didn't slack! Plus, they were super friendly, stuck with the promised timing (it was actually done early, I remember driving to get it late bc I hadn't planned on being available for 2 more days during their business hours for pickup) & they went out of their way to find a safe and easy way for me to pick it up after hours.
