He sent me a brochure prior to the event, for example. The brochure explained everything that I could expect during the dining experience. I also have to say, the food was excellent. He was quick to identify some of my favorite ingredients while making exciting suggestions on how to further enhance the flavor profiles. On the day of the event, their team arrived promptly to set up. The food was plated beautifully and Mattie gave a captivating introduction of ever course, which made the experience that much more personable. The food was hands down some of my favorite meals I have ever had in my life. The blood orange cardamom cake was heavenly. Not to mention, one of my children had an accident during the meal.
