East Coast Towing (NOTICE THE NAME CHANGE TO COLLISION) will damage your car during roadside assistance which happened then NOT provide any insurance so best to stick with a reputable tow truck company. The Owner claims they don't even tow since he has tons of law$uits like others said only scams customers with no liability insurance with Agero Roadside Assistance sent 'em to zap the electrical system of my car. The owner of this business is a well known scammer and has had to change the name of his business more than once to avoid scrutiny- just check out the reviews of his previous business (superior customs). We had a horrible experience with him and so have many other people. He took all the money from our claim, told us he was ordering all new parts, and then just did the best he could to repair the damage to my existing parts... he did a pretty mediocre job, taped and painted over the top of our safety check sticker, etc. If I had just paid him $100 or something to do the best he could, it would've been fine... but this was the work I got for several thousand dollars that was provided by the insurance. I was referred to this repair shop by my dealership. However, I had a horrible experience. My insurance provided a list of parts and the parts numbers that my Jeep needed. Over a month latter some of the parts on the list still had not been ordered. In addition I started getting BS stories. For example, I was told that thay discovered that another part was needed when the Jeep was taken in for allinmen. Good story but the part thay "discovered" was needed was one of the parts that should have been ordered a mounth earlier. I could could go in with more BS stories told but I think you got the general idea. When I asked for copies of parts thay had ordered the person I was working with was not able to provide records. His excuse was that he had been out of town for a week. There was obviously no file on my repair or computer records to share. I will also share that I believe some one was driving the Jeep around. My husband never let the gas get less the half empty. But when I took my Jeep back the tank was nearly empty. Also the center consul had damage to the leather that was not there before. It looks like someone tried to clean a spill and did damage. There is a drip of what looks like paint that that was missed in there cleanings effort. read more
