(i moved away from florida). i went in for the cyst on my one foot but looked at my other foot and recommended taking care of my bunion first, thus giving me a shot in my other foot to get me through my daughters wedding. great call !!!!

More than once I screamed. she didn't stop but grabbed my foot harder and snapped "well, I have to know where to cut." when finished she said something like " didn't have to act like that." when she was at the door and I wasn't sure I heard her right. when I went to the desk to check out I declined to make another appointment. i was amazed and asked them how could they not hear that. they said they were on other side of office and couldn't hear from there. they never asked what and I never said, but I'm sure they knew. Followed up with primary care and when I went over how I was treated said she would not refer anyone to Dr Kirby and instructed staff to remove her from their referral list. WORST, MOST UNCARING UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY DOCTOR ever, please do not use her and go through what I did.

Not the 1st time she screwed up either....Misbilled my insurance company by a lousy $5....Instead of fixing it with the insurance company (probably embarrassing for her) She sends a BILL IN THE MAIL TO ME for $5.....I make ALL my copayments and will not pay for her clerical errors.....
