(i moved away from florida). i went in for the cyst on my one foot but looked at my other foot and recommended taking care of my bunion first, thus giving me a shot in my other foot to get me through my daughters wedding. great call !!!!

I've been to see Dr. McBroom for ingrown toenails and a pain in my ankle. I find him to be very…read morepleasant and easy to talk to. Dr. McBroom explained the different options available for the ingrown toenails and didn't try to pressure me into a procedure that wasn't necessary at this time. I had an issue with scheduling (was sent to Ormond Beach instead of Port Orange) which I fortunately discovered prior to the actual appointment.

Terribly unreliable appointment times. Twice now I've had an appointment here and arrived early…read morewhich they ask you to do. Both times it's more than 20 minutes past my appointment time and am still waiting. It's so frustrating when you work full time and rely on appointment times to be on time so you can get back to work. In fairness, this is a followup to my initial appointment which was fantastic. The doc suggested Physical Therapy to avoid surgery.

She was working on my big toe nail, digging and cutting hard. So very hard. i literally screamed in…read morepain and my eyes watered. More than once I screamed. she didn't stop but grabbed my foot harder and snapped "well, I have to know where to cut." when finished she said something like " didn't have to act like that." when she was at the door and I wasn't sure I heard her right. when I went to the desk to check out I declined to make another appointment. i was amazed and asked them how could they not hear that. they said they were on other side of office and couldn't hear from there. they never asked what and I never said, but I'm sure they knew. Followed up with primary care and when I went over how I was treated said she would not refer anyone to Dr Kirby and instructed staff to remove her from their referral list. WORST, MOST UNCARING UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY DOCTOR ever, please do not use her and go through what I did.
