I dreaded going to this UPS location due to my previous experience with The UPS Store on Jamaica Ave. I was not ready to deal with arrogance and unprofessionalism so I avoided this location like the plague. Although UPS is a franchise is does not mean two stores will operate and be ran the same way. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of the UPS staff. The employees greeted me and took care of my Spectrum return in a jiffy. I was in and out in no time. I ended up misplacing my receipt which contained the tracking info. I called the store to see if they could look up my tracking info. Not only was I provided with the tracking #, but I also received a confirmation # so that I could provide it to Spectrum should they need it. read more

The camera footage showed label being placed on the package n it set aside. Why was it cut at that critical point that would have shown Ken scanning the package and handing over the receipt? That would have sent the trail else where. read more

While my interaction with this particular store is limited, the service was fantastic. I called for notary services, but unfortunately the notary was out until Friday. However, the staff member who answered the phone offered that the pharmacy next door (Briarwood Drugs, Inc.) also offered notary services, which immediately resolved my time sensitive issue. Based on this experience alone, I am confident that this is a first-class UPS store. read more

There is a young man who works here on Sundays. He multitasks better than anybody I know and is an example to people who do not give a damn if others wait in a line for ten thousand hours. And this is on a Sunday ! One of the few UPS Stores that I know of which is even open on such a day. read more

The staff here are usually friendly. They don't give a hard time at all. Packages are always there when I need them to be. The only issue i would say is the parking. Most people double park and run in because the parking in front is either taken or construction is taking up half of the street. So be mindful of that! I would recommend coming here though! read more

Don't only listen to the haters. The staff here have been lovely both times I have come to mail packages and send faxes. The store is clean and organized and has everything I need, including (metered) available parking out front. The reason they don't get 5 stars from me is their service, while very polite and thorough, can be a little on the slow side. UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have had to downgrade my ratings to two stars because of a recent issue. The staff (there seem to be two regulars) continue to be very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager did not do a great job resolving a problem I had with their printer. I am no longer doing business with this UPS Store and am disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is the first time I have ever disputed a charge on my credit card. Mistakes happen, that is a given in life. But when they do, how you respond to them is what makes the difference. An honest mistake occurred and you should have honored my frequent trips to your store over the past three years with, at the very least, a return phone call to try and resolve the problem. read more

It used to be such a great service and employees were very nice, but lately some of them can be little rude. If I need to return something from amazon, they would just take it with no problem and they would say they will do all the packing. Last time I went, they made such a big deal out of not having tape on my return box, like literally it costs almost nothing to use a single strip of tape, and the employee was like " next time if it's not taped, you will be charged extra !!" I love this store! I have a different store closer to my residence but, I chose this location because of the professionalism and just great customer service. Bria helped me with a package and answered a few questions I had. She definitely was so kind and patient with me, which is very appreciated. The customer service is by far the best I've experienced in a very long time especially in the midst of a pandemic its fast, friendly and sufficient. This is my choice store! P.S. I had to have some documents notarized and a package to sent out for delivery on Monday. It's been so difficult finding a notary these days. The notary at this UPS store was professional and friendly. Shipped the documents for delivery on Monday (possibly Tuesday due to mail delays). Price was a bit more than I expected yet saved me potentially several more hours of locating a notary and packaging the documents for shipment. Overall a very good experience. read more

Tried to schedule an appointment with the notary at the lindenhurst UPS and was told they didnt know when he was going to be available and that I needed to call first. Considering you can schedule an appt online for the servide this isnt the type of response I expected. Will be looking for a more reliable place to get my letters notarized. read more

The customer service here is horrible. They nickel and dime you here for everything. This is not the first time I go here and they try charge for printing the UPS label that that UPS gets paid for shipping!! I've left and gone to a different location and they don't charge you. read more

The worst place ever, there customer service is horrible. And they show little to no regard for the care of your package. After paying for an envelope to send my package out. The customer service rep hesitated to put my item in the package. When asked to do so he complied but took my package and flung it across the room into a pile. UPS has no complaint division for store issues because they are privately owned. I will never use this location again and recommend you do the same. read more

RIght when I walked in, I was greeted by the guys working in the front. They answered the questions I had for the packages I needed to send. They actually tried to help me save money! I simply left the items I needed to ship off along with the shipping labels and they finished the rest. Easy peasy. read more

Not only did the young Indian girl employee served me but with the right attitude that will make me come back again.
