You can purchase as many cuisines as possible in one transaction. If you have questions for a specific restaurant, simply use the ring camera under the menu to speak with the host. They see you, but you don't see them. I don't like that at all. It took me awhile to decide what to order ...... Ordered: Chicken Biryani box - It comes with Indian fried rice with dark meat chicken, yogurt dipping sauce, cucumber salad and Gulab Jamun dessert. The fried rice was completely salty. I added my own plain yogurt to make my dish taste a little better. My meal was just okay. If you want to dine here, you can sit outside. Parking is difficult find as some of the parking spots are assigned to the businesses management complex.

All of the kitchens and offices are available to rent for as short or long as you like, and they also have spaces to host classes and events! Thomas and the team have an incredibly diverse group of restaurants incubating in the space and the food we got to sample was especially delicious. We paid thousands of dollars in connection with a proposed tenancy while working through the required permitting process. Unfortunately, throughout the process we experienced ongoing issues with communication, onboarding, and access to the facility. What was particularly concerning to us was being asked to pay additional rent despite our position that our tenancy had not commenced and while access and permitting circumstances remained unresolved. Ultimately, these issues caused us to lose confidence in moving forward with the facility, and we made the decision not to proceed and requested the return of the funds we had paid. We made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and ultimately provided a written deadline requesting confirmation regarding the return of our funds. As of the time of this review, the matter remains unresolved. We felt it was important to share our experience so that other small business owners considering this facility can make an informed decision and know what questions to ask before committing financially. Based on our experience, I would have expected significantly better communication, transparency, and management from a commercial kitchen facility that small businesses depend on for their operations and livelihood.

During demo We had some unexpected complications - no fault of Renaissance - they were able to assist us in finding the right people to resolve timely to keep progress moving forward. Communication was excellent and we always knew what work would be done daily. His team of workers are all very respectful and nice. They had excellent suggestions and were always happy to make changes or just ask questions to ensure our satisfaction. It is never easy or fun to live through construction however Mehran was on top of everything always checking in on us. He addressed each of our concerns and always had an answer to any questions. I have been told I have high expectations and yes, I absolutely know what I like and mehran met or surpassed them all. I could not be more thrilled with how beautiful the project turned out.
