This is the best pizza I have ever had and I've tried a lot of pizza places. Nothing more needs to be said.

I've actually never been asked that before. I guess I've assumed that the kitchen would prepare the dish properly. Does anyone order salmon well done? It came out medium and delicious. It was fine but I wouldn't order again, I wish I chose a pasta dish. Cocktails were fine, but we made a mistake ordering Irish coffee after dinner. We asked if it would be authentic and after waiter mentioned Baileys or crème d menthe we should have stopped there. So disappointing, but our own fault.

Walking through the restaurant it was very dark - I understand wanting a romantic ambience but this was too dark. We opted to sit outdoors which was lovely - a beautiful evening. Our server was very nice but there was some confusion about our beer order. My husband told her what he wanted, but then told her he wanted it with his meal. She said it was ordered already (goes directly from her portal to the bartender) so it is probably on the bar waiting for her. She brought it to us right away because she didn't want it to get warm on the bar, but then it sat outside and got warm while we waited an extraordinarily long time for our meal. I know that the website says everything is made to order and takes a while but this seemed like way too long. Then when it arrived the lasagne that my husband had was very dark on top as if it was burned - like it had been reheated under a burner. My eggplant lasagne was delicious. No complaints there. And our Siberatas salad was very good. I would like to go back and give it another try since everyone else seems to have a good experience.

She was friendly and professional from the moment we arrived until we left, making us feel truly appreciated as guests. We shared our favorite cocktail, the Lavender Lemon Drop, which was once again fresh, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. For our appetizer, we ordered the Filet Mignon Meatballs. My husband enjoyed the Chicken Parm served with linguine, and I had the Shrimp Parm with linguine. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and thoroughly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service from our server this time was not as attentive as it was during our visit two months ago with a different server. While the hostess provided outstanding, and courteous service, the same could not be said of our server. The difference in the level of hospitality was noticeable and somewhat disappointing. Overall, we still enjoyed another delicious meal.

The restaurant ambiance is a traditional nice dark wood and brass trim environment. We decided to order their grilled Halibut special over potato gnocchi. Very Delicious. As for their service, that was the weak point of the meal. Our server was not very friendly and customer driven. When we noticed other tables being taken care of more professionally, an example was when we asked for some EVOO for our bread and the server brings us an oil/vinegar rack used for salads. Other tables were given their special EVOO garlic upgrade. Overall the food was prepared perfectly by their kitchen culinary staff. Thank you. They do need to work with this one server because she was not their shining star.

The mussels I was served were inedible, and I brought the issue to the staff expecting that it could be handled calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into an unpleasant confrontation. The manager, Nicole, came to our table after I complained about the mussels, which were inedible because half were unopened. She contradicted me, but finally had the offending mussels removed from the bill. No one came to collect the check, so I got up to pay at the bar. Suddenly the owner (who would not tell me his name) appeared out of nowhere and violently ripped the bill from my hands. He started yelling and threatening me. I was shocked by his behavior, especially given that I had raised a legitimate concern about a dish I could not eat. I was able to wrest the bill from him to sign, while he continued to yell, actually screaming that he was "Latino". Not sure what he meant by that. He then followed me back to our table where we all collected our belongings, all while he stood over us in a threatening manner. A restaurant can make a mistake--bad food happens. What matters is how management responds when a customer brings that mistake to their attention. In this case, I felt intimidated rather than heard, and the situation could have been resolved easily with a simple acknowledgment of the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The food issue was disappointing, but the owner's threatening behavior was what ultimately made this experience totally unacceptable.

Warm beautiful dining room with a wood burning fireplace, with a fire going, on a chilly night. Ann, our server was perfect. Perfect timing and flow, gave us recommendations and bussed empty glasses and plates every pass. They start you off with warm fresh Italian bread and a bean salad. Both were tasty and they also said popovers are coming. Another staff appeared with a piping hot fresh baked basket of popovers and gave us each one. It didn't even need butter. Amazing. It felt like being in a bakery in Italy or Europe. Next, our apps and salads arrived. The calamari was tasty, as was the mushroom beignets. I wasn't used to this style of mushroom caps but boy were they delicious. The salad was tasty and came with fresh homemade bread bits as croutons. Everyone at the table enjoyed the apps, the popovers, and our entree. The specials list and deserts sounded wonderful but it was just so much food, we were full. A+ all around and I will be going back soon.

Our food fell on it's face. We went based on a personal recommendation and backed by YELP reviews. This was my first big disappointment on YELP. We ordered bruschetta and meatballs for apps. Bruschetta was a bit too charred but ok. Meatballs arrived.... Gray balls sitting on ricotta and oil with an herb and shallot crumble. Meatballs were meh and topping was bitter like burnt garlic and onion. Table bread, delicious. Beverages, delicious. Entrees we were split 50/50. Eggplant parm was very tasty and red sauce tasted fresh and well seasoned. My chicken marsala with creamy polenta was very disappointing. Instead of marsala forward it tasted of mushroom gravy, chicken dry with hard edges and polenta you could cut and chase chunks around the plate. Not a bit like polenta should be. Dessert was warm ricotta cake with gelato. Gelato was essential to this dessert as the lemon sauce was so intensely tart and sour it was near inedible without some buffering by the gelato. Value wise it would have been a fairly pricey meal by our standards even if the food was good. However price point is more palatable when the food is.
