My specialist and I have called several times over the last month to get a referral for a specialist I have been seeing for years and can't get it. The office has told me several times they are sending the referral as urgent. I just had to cancel for the second time because the insurance has not gotten the "urgent" referral. Impossible to get anyone in the office to talk to. (Woonsocket).

I arrived just on time and there was only one person in the waiting room. I was surprised by how nicely decorated, new, and clean the office was. The receptionist was fairly friendly and efficient. My wait was barely 5 minutes. The x-ray technician was very nice and charismatic. She knew exactly what she was doing and I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. My visit was exactly what the ideal office visit should be, quick and efficient with competent staff. RI Medical Imaging will be my go to office for x-rays and alike in the future.

She said yes and then come back tomorrow at your appointed time. Definitely felt like she was being rude and I was bothering day. I came had the situation that I was coming to them for the first and I was glad that they were in the neighborhood because I needed somebody in network for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. They took my blood and now I'm receiving a bill and being told that every other quest location is covered except for this one thank you.

The check in kiosk is not set up for this type of check in, however I did check in on it. The staff opened the door for a delivery and told me we don't have an appointment for you. They were about to close the door and I said, wait I had confirmation. They argued the confirmation, never looked at the confirmation code, (they accept walk ins?) They told me to call the agent. I said lokk at the confirmation #, they brought me in to check my name(license in hand) I was disappointed in the lack of customer service skills, no offer to "let's try to fix this, no line of people waiting, very arrogant treatment, then a worker accused me of "raising my voice ", I simply had asked a question when the workers were going to shut the door in my face.
