My gum is infected from when I pulled a filling out (not intentional) I've been here in the past even this year at the end of January beginning of February somehow there's no record of it. My insurance paid out them. Today they said I can't be seen because I have RI state insurance and they don't except it which is funny because I also took my nephew here around the same time in January and they also took him and didn't charge us. read more

Overall great experience here! I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen and received the prescriptions I needed at my pharmacy just a few hours after the appointment.PA was very professional and knew her stuff. Very sad that they closed the North Attleboro location which was a lot closer to my home. The Bellingham one is a bit of a drive when not feeling well, but I will continue coming here rather than go to an urgent care outside of this group. Recommend! read more

**DON'T TAKE YOUR BABY TO THIS PLACE! My 10 months old baby got sick last Sunday and we had to go to the Bellingham Urgent Care. Unfortunately we had the same doctor that we had seen on a different occasion, Yusef Haj-Darwish. Again, he barely looked at my baby and prescribed her amoxicillin 400ml twice a day and an steroids cream for her "skin infection" (Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate). I tried to get more information from him but he didn't say much and just seemed to want leave the room. Once the appointment was over I crossed the street to pick up the medication at CVS but found they were confused because there were 2 prescriptions for amoxicillin, both different dose and they obviously didn't want to give it to me. We called to clear up the confusion with urgent care but they didn't answer so I went back over and asked them to solve that issue. I also asked about the medication they actually gave to my baby and found that they all, particularly a lady sitting next to the doctor, seemed to be very bothered by me being there asking questions. I asked for a print out of the notes but was told to use the portal. Ironically you printed the instructions to the portal, but couldn't print the actual notes for me! I left and went back to the pharmacy to wait for the issue to be resolved. I waited an hour and a half at the pharmacy with my sick crying baby. My daughter was seen by her pediatrician a day after and I was told to immediately stop the amoxicillin because it was Hand Foot Mouth disease and to also stop the cream she was prescribed because babies shouldn't have that type of cream, which I'm honestly infuriated about. I'm left wondering if that doctor treats all patients that go to Urgent Care for medical attention with such carelessness and incompetence, or just very young, sick children. Either way, he should probably find a new job and Urgent Care should be addressing this seriously or stop treating babies. It's been 2 weeks since we were at the Urgent Care and I still can't see the visit notes because of that "high-tech" system they use. I keep receiving text messages telling me I have a message to read and when I enter the site, there is no message. I don't have the visit notes or any details at all. read more

I have a lovely Godchild who regulary brings home daycare crud...runny nose, congestion and so forth. Well she shared with me and it developed into a sinus infection. Particulary busy at work and didn't have time to get to my primary, by Friday I really couldn't imagine waiting until Monday to see my dr and so with much trepidation for spending my Friday evening at a walk in clinic, I looked to see what was close by. First visit here and wow was I shocked - I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The place is immacualte, everyone was cheerful, professional, and so helpful. I hope I don't need to see them again but if I do, I am definately coming back! read more

Imagine working in the healthcare industry turning away care for children just because you are short staffed and no one in our household has been seen there before. So if anyone in my household was seen there you would take us? What's the difference, with that logic you're still taking on new patients. What if we were here visiting from another state/ country and actually needed care we would still be denied then as well? Actually I see in other comments that some out of towners were treated but somehow my children are not accepted? It's an urgent care, literally the place people will go when they can't be seen at their regular Drs because they're not open yet or no available appointments and trying to avoid another trip to Hasbro hospital. Kids should never be turned away. Private owned urgent cares just make shit up as they go. Turn in your license if you're not willing to help any and everyone. Being short staffed isn't a sufficient excuse, we can wait but you just turned us away. Hate this world we live in. Thanks for being so caring to my 1.5 and 3.5 yr old children. Do yourselves a favor and save the trip from coming here if you or anyone in your household hasn't been seen here as you won't be seen. This is completely unacceptable. How did society become this cold to turn away children I have never left a bad review on any business, but you have left me no choice and people should know what y'all are really about. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Discrimination at its finest! Disgusting. Update/ reply to owner: we were there at opening time so 8am and was turned away at 8:10am. There were only 3 more ahead of us. Would've only been 25 min wait your staff estimated but because no one in our household has been there before you turned us away. You were the only place available that says you help children so we came to you in hopes to help our sick ones and not have to wait for their regular Dr to open. Waste of trip and time. There needs to be more places open to help children maybe 24/7 other than hospital ER as this issue did not warrant that. I get we are in tough times but with more sickness around wouldn't you think to hire more staff and maybe even open 24/7? Still no child should ever be turned away especially if we were there as soon as you opened up. read more

Exceptional service from very caring professionals. In the midst of Covid, where it is hard to get treatment outside of an ER for Covid related symptoms, I was treated on three different occasions with respect and excellence. They were able to keep me out of the hospital through their diligent care. The facility is spotless, the process from sign in to treatment to discharge is seamless and much quicker than at any other urgent care I have been to in the past. I highly recommend these delightful NP's (Gretchen and Fiona), RN's (Jenna), radiology techs, MA's and the rest of the staff. Even after being discharged, I was called with radiology and lab results, and they checked up on me to make sure I was heading the right direction. I will definitely go back if I ever need them again. BTW, I have a strong medical background so this is definitely an informed review. read more

I was in the area from out of town and am definitely glad I found Bellingham Urgent Care. I had fallen earlier in the day and had a lot of swelling in my left foot. Even though I arrived within 45 mins of their scheduled closing time all of the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. Can't say enough about how happy I am to have found them. They were even able to do x-rays right there. I would highly recommend them and just wish we had a place like this closer to home! read more

Went there at my daughter's suggestion yesterday (Sunday). I had fallen and hit my head on concrete floor. Since I'm on a blood thinner UMMMC insisted that I go to ER there. I knew the wait would be hours. I went to Bellingham Urgent Care and was in for a cat scan within 20 min and out with my results in another 20. Best medical care I've ever experienced in my 70 years. Great care! Fast, efficient, and thorough. It's good they have X-ray and ct scan equipment on site so they were able to really see the pneumonia that was going on. Educated us on what to watch for and called the next day to follow up. Yes, my husband ended up with a 3-day hospital stay but we were prepared for it thanks to Bellingham Urgent Care showing us exactly what was going on. read more

Outstanding care. Clean and well equipped facility, and top-notch care. I am visiting from out of state, and suffered a very serious acute illness. My Health plan nurse recommended I go to the ER because she suspected I needed a CT scan. When I saw Bellingham has one, I decided to try, as I wanted to avoid the ER and potential hospitalization. The staff was amazing. They diagnosed and managed my care over a 4 day period with 3 visits to the facility, IVs, lab work, and CT scans, and always called to check in on me. I can't say enough about this new Urgent Care facility! First of all, the place itself is spotless and beautiful. The whole process from check in to check out was seamless. Each person we encountered during my visit was personable and professional. The provider was incredibly thorough and took the time needed without rushing us in and out. I came here a few months ago with welts on my neck that were somewhat irritating. I told the nurse practitioner who saw me that I believed that it was a reaction to gypsy moth caterpillars falling off a weeping cherry tree onto my neck and back as I was mowing the lawn. (I have had other friends and acquaintances this has happened to.) HE DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME. IGNORED what I said and instead diagnosed me with shingles - even though I had NO pain and minor itching. But he gave me 3 prescriptions - one for prednisone which I did not fill, as well as one for a very expensive antihistamine and an antiviral. The antihistamine knocked me out and made me non-functional at the prescribed dose so I didn't take it for more than a day. I did take the antiviral for the duration of the prescription. I also used colloidal silver gel to treat the skin irritation/welts. Based on my experience there I would not ever go back. I expect medical professionals to LISTEN to me when I am discussing MY body on which I am the expert. read more
