Brendan, the referral and medical records worker, has completely missed the mark both times. Back in September, he ignored requests from my dermatologist for an insurance referral for a week straight. The day before my appointment, he still had not sent them one. At my 7:40AM appointment time, he still had not sent it. Thankfully, the dermatologist still saw me (and thank God for that, I ended up having a spot of skin cancer.) Brendan ended up sending the referral a few days after my appointment.. and had to back-date it. Fine. Fast forward to the night before my ENT specialist appointment (aka today), the ENT office calls me and says they've requested a referral from Brendan THREE separate times over the past month.. and have received zero response. They are now going to cancel my appointment due to never receiving an insurance referral from him. I am BEYOND frustrated. I have had eight surgeries on my ears, resulting in moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears. I have been waiting for this appointment for two months. Brendan, your complete and utter incompetency has not only caused me extreme stress, but NOW you've caused me to lose an appointment I waited months for. Now I have to wait AGAIN, endure pain every day, and struggle with my hearing for even longer. Do better! If you can't handle your job, which is pretty obvious, quit! This is totally unacceptable!

The medical tech is super friendly! The physician is efficient, funny, explains clearly, listens and is helpful. If the company stop being cheap & paid for additional staff like these two, it would be an awesome place. It is now 7:25, almost 2 hours later and we are done.

No medical asst that generally is there to take vital signs prior to seeing the Doctor or PA (…read morephysician's asst.) who is certainly qualified to see patients in this setting. The radiologist technician took my vitals ( just a little unusual that he'd do the vitals) Usually a medical Asst is there. However, he was very nice & welcoming ( Dillon) I went in for cough, fever, general fatigue. Chest xray done and the PA ( physician asst) by the name of C. Pickering informed me my chest x-ray was normal. He prescribed an inhaler and 2 ( two!) antibiotics. ( Amoxicillin & Doxycycline) If the chest x-ray was " normal " why would I need 2 antibiotics let alone one? Well, I wouldn't!! Only bacterial infections require an antibiotic and since he said my x-ray was normal I'd assume this was viral therefore not needing antibiotics. Well, I get to CVS and the PA calls me and tells me that I actually have pneumonia in my left lung. I'm not happy at this point for such confusion telling me my xray is normal and now it's not! I'm 72 yrs old and having pneumonia at my age is a serious health concern because aging weakens the immune system and lung function, increasing risks for complications like respiratory failure, sepsis, and even death, with mortality rates "significantly higher" in older adults. I'm a retired RN so this is why i'm knowledgeable. So here I am with an inhaler ( that's fine) but two antibiotics! So which one do I take? I opted for the stronger one and if I'm not better I'll return to see my primary care Doctor. ( His office was closed today hence urgent care) Please opt for another urgent care if you need one or call and see who's on duty. If it's C. Pickering then pass and go elsewhere please. This was my first PT experience and I was told that I was going to have a $40 co-pay per visit, which I figured would be like my PCP where no deductible was at play. Even on the intake form, I initialed that I only had a $40 co-pay per visit. I ended up visiting 5 times and every time they took a $40 co-pay. More than two months later, I unexpectedly get a bill for $400! I called the billing office and they confirmed that I was given incorrect information about my benefits by the office staff, and that my deductible did apply in this case. Had I known that and had knowledge about how much each visit was going to cost me, I likely would have not scheduled additional visits and continued my rehab at home. Even though the billing office confirmed that bad information was given to me, they were unwilling to make it right. They are leaning on their disclaimer form, which makes them harmless for any mistakes made on their end. It's too bad patients don't have that type of protection. I have a pretty standard BCBS plan from what I understand. After the first visit was billed and paid, the practice should have notified me that my benefits were not as they were presented so that I could make an informed decision about future visits. Instead, they continued to only collect a co-pay and not notify me of the applicable deductible. I'm going to pay the bill but I wanted to post today to warn other patients to check your own insurance coverage prior to going to this practice. Additionally, I suggest that you inquire what the service fees and contracted rates are for your insurance coverage so that you can understand what potential patient responsibility you might have in the case that that they make another error in reading your benefits. Despite the good care, I will not be returning to this practice due to their unwillingness to right a mistake. I was willing to split the difference with them and pay $200, but they declined. Very disappointing.

She was able to see that I had a sinus infection and gave me some antibiotics. It was more convenient for me to have my script sent to Walgreens which is closer to my house and she was able to do that no problem! I even got a print out summary of my visit. I will definitely be using this place again.
