The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable.
