One of my biggest concerns is the inconsistency in pricing. The website, app, and in-person pricing can all be different, and at times it feels like the price may fluctuate depending on who is working the counter. That can be frustrating as a customer because you expect the pricing to be consistent regardless of how you make your purchase. Today, I encountered a gentleman who initially seemed somewhat standoffish toward me. Once I made it clear that I was prepared to purchase the three pairs of shoes I wanted, his attitude completely changed, and he became extremely nice.
