The job turned out to be more work than it was bid out for, and I asked the crew to do more tasks while they were here. They did it all without any complaints. The Cutter stayed up in the tree all day in the sun, and the temperature got to 102°F that day. At the end of the day, they were going to stick with their original bid, but they did such a great job that I gave them enough extra to cover the unexpected work.
