Came back and everything was perfectly folded into bags separated by family member. Everything was clean and everything smelled fresh. I've been doing my own laundry since I was 10 and I could only wish these guys were closer. I would use them every week. If you want professionals doing your laundry at such an affordable price come to Montclair Laundry!!! You may never do your own laundry again.

I did have some money left on the card already, but the $20 never got added. The washers and dryers only work with the card. We immediately reported it to the woman at the counter. She filled out some kind of short form or ticket, took my laundry card back, and refunded the balance that was still loaded on it. We had to hand that money right back to her for the dryers, since we no longer had a card, she used her own so we could dry our clothes. I was told the owner would review the transaction records and call me to resolve it. That was a week ago, and no one has reached out. When I followed up by phone yesterday (8/11), the woman did apologize and said she didn't know when the owner would be coming in. But I'm sure the owner knows about the situation, so why not give me a call and let me know what's being done? I would be careful going there if you're using cash to load your card. I don't blame the women working there, they're only doing their jobs. But I do blame whoever is in charge; they should know better than this. We've been customers for years, but after this experience, we've found another laundromat. A $20 machine error shouldn't take this long to fix, they have cash on site there and this could have been resolved already. Or they could have given me a new card and put it on that one. Anyway, there are better laundromats to go to in the area.
