By far the best dry cleaning in my area. The owners, husband and wife, are both super sweet and polite. I knew this was a keeper when I desperately needed my dry clean one night but was going to be about 20 minutes late. The owner was kind enough to stay open until I got there, and also offered to deliver my items to my home if I should need it in the future. They have reasonable prices and are very clean. I would give this place 0 stars if I was able to. Although the customer service is fine, I would not recommend my worst enemy come here for tailoring. I'm not sure how they measure here but I came here with a bridesmaid dress to be tailored. I requested only one thing: that he take the dress in at the waist. Instead, I get my dress back and the top is so tight I can't even wear a bra... and I promise there is not much that I need to fit in there as is but somehow it went from extremely comfortable with one to barely breathing without one. In addition, he took the dress in at my hips which I specifically told him not to do because I wanted to be able to sit comfortably in. All in all I would not recommend Milano Cleaners to anyone, please spare yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. read more

THE BEST dry cleaner we have ever used. My wife and I do all our dry cleaning and alterations here. The clothes really get clean and we are very picky. They also replace any missing collar stays in all my shirts, and carry the clothing and hang them in the car for my wife. read more

This place is ok for basic dry cleaning. Tailoring and alterations with them is poor. They *forgot* to add a charge to tailoring of a garment I brought in and when I picked it up, the total bill was higher. The least he could have done was call me and give me the option to either forget the alterations or agree to the extra charge. Other times hems were crooked. I keep giving them chances to improve, but I'm no longer a customer. read more

Great quality work. Today a crazy couple walked in and berated the business owners. If my kids spoke to me that way, I'd smack them across the mouth. Milano is by far professional and fair in pricing. At the end of the day, if someone gets drunk and spills on themselves, the stain may not come out. The dorky "husband" claimed to be a reporter. Is he really going to write a story? I can see the headline: "Ugly Couple Gripes About Vomit Stain." At the end of the day, Milano does great work as the aforementioned posts states. I went here to have some patches sewn on to my jiu jitsu uniform because I knew they do alterations and tailoring. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and the woman told me to come back the next day in the afternoon. Already I was turned off by the fact that it was such a long turnaround for something I have had done before at other places in the same day...even in just a few hours. The next day I stopped in earlier than my order said simply because I happed to be in the neighborhood and I figured I would see if it was ready in order to save me a trip later in the day. The guy looked at my receipt and said I was supposed to come to pick it up Thursday and not Wednesday. Two days to sew on two patches? Really? So I saw my uniform hanging up on the rack behind the counter and simply asked if he could check it to see if it might have been done already. He walked around acting like he couldn't see the only jiu jitsu uniform in the entire shop and asked me to come back the next day. I continued to point out my uniform until he finally saw it but he still said I wasn't supposed to pick it up until the next day. At that point I asked if I could just have it back and I would take it somewhere else to have it done. When he grabbed it from the rack to give it back to me I noticed that it already had the patches put on!!!!!! All this time he was being difficult and telling me to come back and the work was already done. And when I politely asked why he wouldn't just check it to begin with he just basically ignored me and asked me for the money I owed for the patches they applied. The only good thing I could say about this experience is that the stitching on the patches is excellent. The customer service, however, leaves much to be desired. If it wasn't for the quality of the work this would have been only one star. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but since this was my only experience with them it is the only thing I can base my review on. read more

Been going here for years, spend thousands on dry cleaning each year. However, every time we go here, never once been greeted with a smile. The dry cleaning itself is just like every other dry cleaner in town. However, the service sets it apart quite a bit. Tonight, the male owner yelled at me, raised his voice, shook his finger, and blamed me for an altering miscommunication. Yes, yelled. This was the second yelling and the last as I will never go back. The first time was when I got back a blouse for which the stain was not removed and he insisted I pay because he performed his dry cleaning service, it just didn't work. Couple other tidbits: 1. They lost one of my blouses and said they didn't lose it, that I was lying, even though I had the receipt, and was refused store credit. 2. When I received back a blouse with ruined buttons because they weren't covered when dry-cleaned, they still insisted I pay for the dry cleaning of the blouse! Never an apology, not once.
