What they fail…read moreto say is they wanted us to take the bike back for adjustment and could not tell me when it will be done. The store was 2 hrs from our campground. Their technician does not have a schedule with them. The owner also said at anytime in transporting this bike it could have the same problem with gears not working. I called Lectric and they said that was not true. There are always exceptions like not being careful with transport but my husband and the owner put it in the truck very carefully and we had to issues driving back. I also fielded a complaint with Lectric. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB when I get home. Th person they gave me to call laughed at me when I asked about service saying he doesn't go to that part of Florida. They never suggested an alternative. His wife answered the phone when I called back regarding the service tech she became belligerent, telling me they don't have time to help me find a way to get my bike fixed. I paid $1500 for the bike helmet upgraded seat. I test road a bike and was sold another one. Told they sold me a new not ridden bike. Which is fine except its gears don't work. Lectric sent me a list of bike shops near where I live to get the repair done at the expense of Lectric.
