This was considered a hit and run. I had my car repaired at Cambridge Auto Body. They were professional, took care of everything with my insurance company, did impeccable work, and the prices were very reasonable. Well, on Sunday, April 14, my vehicle was hit again. This time, as part of a 3-car crash. I went back to Cambridge Auto Body. Matt, Shana, and the team were just as amazing. This time, due to having surgery, they came and picked up my vehicle. Then, they delivered it when it was ready. Which, I add, was a day earlier than promised. The guys that did all of the transporting wouldn't even take a tip. At the last minute, the price was changed, which was already disappointing. Even worse, my vehicle was returned to me with damage that was not there before I brought it in. When I called to address the issue, the owner, Henry, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he told me my only alternative was to call the police. He refused to exchange insurance information and would not allow me to review any camera footage from the time my car was in the shop. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Use at your own risk I would not recommend this shop.

They even made the right phone calls to get my rental car issues figured out. They took my car apart down to the last bolt and made sure that every part that needed to be replaced was accounted for. They updated me weekly with a detailed report about the progress on my vehicle. The repairs were done flawlessly and you would never know there was any damage.
