I was desperate, everybody else in the town of Cambridge had turned me down flat or never got back to me. Mr. Martin fit me in on a Sunday, told me not to worry he was aware of the VPC rules. He made it look brand new! It looked like I had just bought my car again! I would highly recommend Mr. Martin for any car cleaning or detailing job! I was able to vacuum and dust (microfiber cloths provided) AND have my mats washed in the specialty washer. It was awesome. My only complain was there was an attendant standing by the pay station and after I entered my credit card, I was asked me if I wanted to tip. I didn't understand what I would be tipping for because everything was automatic. The attendant did nothing and his presence was completely unnecessary

The young Caucasian male has a very smart ass mouth, somebody need check his ass on the street. They wouldn't accept my coupons I received from THEM to redeem my services & last but not least they sometimes add extra services on without your consent and then expect extra money. i recommend a zero outta ten, you're better off letting your children hand wash it before you trust them with your vehicle
