The shop also closes fairly early, so we arranged for them to leave the keys inside our vehicle since we had an extra set. When we arrived, the keys were not there. What followed was weeks of unnecessary frustration. We spent significant time searching for the keys and trying to contact the location, but it was nearly impossible to reach the shop directly. Our calls were routed to overseas customer service representatives instead. We were told several times that the keys had been mailed to us. That was simply not true. After approximately a month of waiting, repeated calls, and being told the keys were on the way, we finally had to drive nearly an hour back to the shop. An employee then simply handed us the keys, they had just been there all along. Another disappointment was that the replacement of the rear windshield/back window wiper was not handled as part of the repair process, and this was not clearly communicated to us. The actual body work was acceptable, but the poor communication, difficulty reaching the local office, failure to follow through on a simple agreement, and repeated inaccurate statements about our keys made the overall experience unacceptable. A customer should not have to spend weeks chasing down their own vehicle keys and then make a two-hour round trip to retrieve them after being repeatedly told they had already been mailed.

They then decided to give me a very rude attitude because I had the audacity to question their reliability. My sister took her car there, and instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse. He messed up her timing chain, gave her an old starter, and still charged her $1600. The timing chain kit came with two chains, and he only put one on -- and the one he used was missing a tooth. When we called back asking for a refund, he said he wasn't giving anything back, even though the issue he claimed he "fixed" was never fixed at all. Then he kept asking for more and more money like the job wasn't already overpriced. We took the car to a different mechanic, and they confirmed that nothing he claimed to fix was actually fixed. Everything he charged for was basically untouched. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. They are money‑hungry, dishonest, and will leave your car in worse condition than before. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I took my infinti g37 to get the timing chain fixed and brought the whole timing kit they claim to have put it on correctly but my car ended up jerking and some more stuff. They charged me $920 for that and I brought the kit . The new shop I go to said that they should have never charged me that much if I brought the timing chain kit and water pump. The new shop said that the timing chain is one tooth off and that they only put one chain on the car so I called and they refer to give me any money back for it. His exact words is that "well I'm not giving you nothing back for it, have a good day." It's crazy how shops will get over on you cause your a female and create more problems on a car. They messed with my starter and all.
