Usman Orunsolu was our sales specialist; He was very approachable, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He had timely and accurate responses. The dealership was able to make significant compromises to help us get a car during the COVID Pandemic ,and we really appreciate their efforts! We will certainly go to this dealership, and specifically Usman when looking for our next vehicle; And, I would highly recommend him to any friends or family. There was a little confusion with some of our Sales Agreement paperwork, which caused some added stress to our experience. But, this was resolved reasonably quickly.

Code P0171 popped up after just minutes of leaving the dealership. Fuel trim is around 35% so I'm washing my cylinders of oil by flooding them with gas to keep the air/fuel ratio in check. I brought the car to Subaru on Regent because I needed absolute reliability for the next few months and now the car is parked at home inoperable. Also, the cord to my obd reader is missing from the glove box after leaving the car at Subaru. I have NEVER taken it out of the car. I take the reader in so the batteries dont freeze but the cord always stayed in the car. I'm considering just going to a Toyota dealer and just buying something there. Hopefully they are more competent.

They were Parkside and starting this year was taken over by Vickar even I notice there have been changes. I love dealing with Gina so was willing to wait to see her and will continue to deal with her. I was offered to see another sales person but I declined. So I thought ok new changes so far so good they are making sure I am looked after. Well that changed when it came time to pick up my new vehicle. Made the deal on thurday night and they called friday to schedule a pickup time. We went with a monday so they could get the accessories in and get it ready. So now I have an appointment to sign the papers and get my new truck 5pm. (service has Friday, Saturday and all day monday to get it ready). I got there on time and had to wait over an hour to see the finance person ( they put other people into his office even though he clearly had an appointment I could clearly see it listed on his wall.) Found out also when I got there the truck wasn't fully ready to pickup, accessories were added but hadn't been cleaned. They need to remember when people book appointments that is what time they have available if the truck wasn't going to be ready all they had to do was call and ask if I wanted to re- schedule. I could tell both my sales person and finance person were less than impressed that I had an appointment and am being made to wait. By the time I got looked after the closest MPI place was closed so I had to drive around finding another one. This lack of communication and care for keeping my appoinment for me made me feel like my time was not valuable Some other changes that I don't like are I had to put money down just to see the offer. Last several times I have done a deal they make the offer and once you agree then you put something down to hold the vehicle while financing is put in place, not before you see the offer. I also found out this time the $500 I put down couldn't be put back onto my debit card had to be mailed to me in the form of cheque. Seriously... the same machine as previously and refunds are possible just another change I didn't like. So I guess I am saying I recommend Gina as the sales person I have never felt pressure from her and never get BS! Hopefuly once the changes from new ownership is fully implemented they get back to better time management.
