Eastern Exteriors did a great job with my lanai. They were very patient with my HOA, and actually took care of the paperwork. The lanai came out great and they did exactly what I wanted. I called this place because of the reviews posted here. Someone called me back promptly and said that I would be receiving a call to schedule a time for an estimate for my lanai screen repair. I never heard back. I called them and a woman apologized but couldn't find my information in the system. She added me into the system and said I would hear back to schedule the estimate-- never did. Called today to explain my issue and was told that "resources are tight" and they wouldn't be able to serve me. read more

I have had bad luck in the past hiring people off of Craigslist, so I decided to go with yelp instead. I bought a house that had a bad roof, even though the inspector didn't notice. On the second day of owning it, it poured rain and I had a huge leak. I called some roofers that listed higher than Eastern Exteriors and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Eastern Exteriors answered the call and said they'd come next day to check it out. On the next day it poured again, and as I was futility holding up a bucket under my windowsill. Luiz came, and immediately started working on a solution. Taped up bags to make a funnel, directed it all into one bucket, stayed and calmed us down, waited patiently for a half hour for the rain to stop and then climbed up on the roof to check it out. Took pictures, explained everything to me, understood my need to get it done quickly and started the job in two days. He repaired my entire roof on time and met the estimate price TO THE PENNY. I have nothing but gratitude for his work and I will recommend him to anyone who ever needs a roof. I'll be hiring him again in a few weeks to do my windows. Excellent work. Luiz, Jesse and the crew came and in two days my worn out, storm-weathered roof was gone and beautiful Pinnacle Pristine shingles were installed. Their professionalism and workmanship is impressive. We were so impressed that we had them come back and replace the screening on our 20' X 40' Florida room. Again, they did an excellent job. Excellent services! I would recommend to ANYONE. I appreciated their honesty, up front pricing and their craftsmanship. My roofing estimate cost from them was in the median compared to other quotes I got. I've learned that I can't always go with dirt cheap because you get what you pay for and the most expensive may not always reflect quality. No frills here with EE, just honest work. Established in 2000.

Before the move to Central Florida, our experience in roofing and construction started in New Jersey. After years of working through countless snow storms, we decided to make the move down south towards warmer weather and sunnier skies. That is when Eastern Exteriors was born. Eastern Exteriors was established back in 2000 in Kissimmee, FL. Over the years our business has evolved to where we are today. We originally focused much of our work on commercial projects such as apartment buildings and complexes. When four major hurricanes hit Central Florida in 2004, we naturally shifted our focus from commercial projects to residential in order to aid those in need. At the time, our service area expanded as far south as Boca Raton and Pompano Beach and as far north as Atlanta, Georgia. Today our service area includes most of Central Florida. With our 30 years of experience, we do our utmost to ensure that every project is completed to our client's satisfaction.

Meet the Business Owner: Luiz G.

Born in Brazil, Luiz always had an interest in engineering and construction. He focused much of his time inventing new tools to make work more efficient. When he was 19 years old, he made the trek from Brazil to New Jersey. Starting his life in a new country, he began to pave his career by working construction. After some time, he worked as an apprentice under the wing of an experienced contractor who taught him the ways of roofing. From then onward, he began his own business as a general contractor specializing in roofing, siding and renovations. After establishing a family, he began to miss the warmer weather he was so accustomed to growing up. He moved his family down to Florida to see what it had to offer and felt like it was a good fit. Since then, he has established his business - Eastern Exteriors. With his years of experience and expertise, he's continued to apply his knowledge by mentoring his crew and assisting homeowners on their own projects.

Damage was done to Mr gutters and the boss at Best Choice Roofing refused to fix the damage stating it was described in my contract. I would tell anyone to avoid this company at all cost.

Naturally, he recommended an unnecessary roof replacement and offered to go through my insurance, which would increase my premiums. I spoke with his general manager, Ruben Jurado, who acknowledged that he shouldn't have climbed onto my property without permission. He offered to inspect my property himself, but I declined because I never requested this inspection. I strongly advise against using a company like this.
