I was able to document footage of what I had experienced-on video. It was insane!!! After the storm had stopped, I discovered my skylight had been severely damaged. I contacted my original roofing company-still under warranty-Noland's Roofing to come examine and give me an estimate for my roof repair(s). Unfortunately, the service I received from Noland's Roofing Company was unprofessional, overpriced, delayed and they failed to make repairs under my original warranty as well I quickly used googles search engine: where I located Revolution Contractors Roofing & Solar inc. I checked their reviews. This company had All 5 Stars which gave me confidence by contacting them-immediately. On the same day of my initial call; I was referred to a Roofing Specialist by the name of Andrew. Using a respectful time frame, he came to my residence and installed a tarp to prevent any further damages to my broken skylight and water leakage from my ceiling. Andrew is extremely insightful of the company's products. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed all of my roof issues. Andrew is an amazing roof specialist with the utmost patience for customers. On August 11, 2023, Revolution Contractors Roof & Solar inc. completed the most beautiful roof repair that I could imagine. I am so happy and thankful for Andrew and his crew men who took their time to remove my damaged roof and skylight and gave me a new roof that is close to perfection. You All are the BEST!!! He came out but it was one of those days where two people came at once , the Direct TV people and the guy from Simply Solar , who did scans and an inspection , Meaning he peaked at a few rooms . He said he could defiantly start my savings immediately , and would work up some figures for me . So I was getting the TV guy straightened out as to what room got what. The Solar guy said he was done so I went over and he showed me he wanted to replace my 3 year old hot water tank with a Solar model and blow 3 inches of insulation into my attic. He said my electric bills would be down by 50% but then he explained how they would finance my improvements , so my electric bills would remain the same , because I would have to also pay for the "improvements" which would cost me only nine thousand dollars ! I worked for a plumber for several years and priced a new solar tank at less then a thousand and getting insulation blown in you attic would be possibly $200.00 probably less ! I told the guy to get out and I was not interested in being robbed. He said he would tear up the quotes which I found out he never did , because I got letters from 3 or 4 different credit agency's about a Nine thousand purchase I wanted to make I told them I was not interested in making any such purchase and was told the credit was being asked for by Simply Solar ! I immediately tried to call Simply Solar , which is difficult because the numbers they have listed are not working numbers , I got the real numbers from the credit beaus. I called and spoke with Samantha who said she would take care of everything ! I was ok until I went over my credit and found that I had numerous "HARD HITTS" asking for a nine thousand dollar loan from Simply Solar! Well every credit company now knows I do not want credit , Hopefully someone will do the right thing , I am glad that I am in the habit of checking over my credit from time to time and caught them all ! I can only say no one is going to give you a 50% discount on any of your bills !

I have already placed a complaint with the BBB…read more Simply Solar came to our house in October 2017 and promised us savings by putting their solar panels on our roof and changing out our pool pump. (Total cost $19061.50). Fast forward to January 11, 2018, we have panels on our roof that are not connected because the company can not get permitting and inspection. We have now paid 2 months for products that are not even hooked up or working. They never answer the phone. My husband leaves numerous messages and no one gets back to us. When they do answer, it seems we get the run around and are passed off to who they say will finally take care of the problem but they don't. They broke our original salt water pool pump. A week after they left our pool guy informed us that the salt water was not working and there was a leak. It took a month to get them back out here to fix it. They finally did come out and replace it but if it wasn't for our pool guy we would have never known. The salesman sold us a dream of saving money but this company has been nothing but a nightmare!! November 2017 we were promised that they would pay the finance company until the inspection was completed and the project was finished but that has yet to happen. We have now made 2 payments for a product that does not work!! Oh yeah, and we could possibly have a lean put on our house if we refuse to pay. All we want is for the product to be connected and work!! I don't know how this company stays in business. Please save yourself the hassle!!

Once the take the deposit, no phone calls updating about the process only excuses, delay in permits from city and association( 3 time they let them expire), personal matters on their part( Dr appts, family emergencies, accept other mayor roofing projects, rain season, huracane warning,etc. My panel were removed and they still on my yard, no roof from their company. Another company pass by and did the roof , I have to sign another contract since I have no money and the worse of all, they could use my old solar panels, so I am now on debt with sun run and core for not pain the solar panels, all this is been cause for Windstar roofing & solar panels.
