The floor crew spit on floor while giving me nasty looks; scared and by myself, someone from the store did show up to our home and said he would not have accepted it in his home however did nothing to adjust the bill. In retaliation for reporting floor installers, broke our stove glass causing issues with heat temperatures being off. I posted an honest review on GOOGLE, the company replied that I was never a customer, called me pathetic, absolutely lied to the public, and I posted the receipts from service shortly after w/ of course no response. Please do not use this flooring company...they do not take accountability and verbally assault any criticism and damage property. Please see below added evidence and verbal assault against my wife. Eastern Flooring you owe us especially my wife a PUBLIC apology, REFUND & A NEW STOVE! to your response MIKE, every time you respond w/o taking responsibility for your unnecessary behavior it makes you look worse, I would take several seats, you look really shady for attacking us? Went there to get added new cabinets for existing kitchen...brought in measurements. I needed an estimate for what I wanted. And I also was told I had to remeasure a certain corner which I did. I called with the other measurements left a message for the salesman and that was over a month ago and they have never never called back. Too bad I had a $6000 budget plus would buy granite... and will not go back as I'm giving them two opportunities to give me an estimate and they don't seem to give a crap. read more

Engineered hardwood installed. Finished floor was FULL of adhesive residue, one transition had a 1/4" gap, one piece of wood was splintered and much more. No extra wood to replace splintered piece. Installer came back and removed some adhesive residue but not sufficient and was to come back. Haven't heard from him in a week. I researched and on my hands and knees cleaned off the residue. STAY AWAY from them. read more

We had them tear out our 29 year old mismatched tile flooring and replace it with tongue and groove wood look vinyl planks. The demolition was a little problematic. We couldn't be happier with the end result though. The installer that they recommended was Luis and he was very professional especially in his attention to detail. Thank you! read more

Wow!!!! There really is a business in this area that knows what they are doing and far exceeded my expectations! Eastern Flooring will go above and beyond for their customer! They take great pride in their work and they work all day (every day) until the job is done. I ordered over 3000$ with of tile and 7 of the boxes are broken In multiple places. Some literally look like mosaic. I would caution anyone who is thinking of buying from here to think twice. We have no issue with Eastern Flooring's products - it's their recommended installer that was the problem. A. G. Tile - very unprofessional. The tile work itself was satisfactory, but let's face it - it's not rocket science and there are other installers that are much more professional. The two men A.G. Tile sent over didn't speak a word of English, blared Spanish Rap at full volumn, and used my guest bathroom constantly as if it was the toilet at the local gas station. They also left oil stains on our driveway and gauged my wall - the last two items we brought to the owner's attention (Adolfo) and he denied the gauge was caused by them (they moved the furniture in and out, but nope, wasn't them) and he agreed the oil stains were theirs. Was supposed to send the two back to clean it in a few days - but my husband, fearing it would bake in more in this Florida heat, spent the weekend pressure washing and scrubbing it and got most of it out. I sanitized the bathroom and cleaned up the gobs of grout they left in the driveway. We will replaster and repaint the wall this weekend. But for what A.G. Tile charged, you can get a much more professional installer to do the work. Shame on Eastern for recommending them! read more
