The men who ran the store were highly knowledgeable on what the best options were. They carry all US MADE products and I trusted the advice. It resonated and was more than you would get at the big box store. They have been in business 22 yrs and I felt confident in what they suggested. Horrible service, added pics for reference: Again .y entire house was filled with filament residue from them tearing up the tile. They didn't drape off anything in my house not even the ventilation ducts. I am saddled with a $1001.00 cleaning bill from a professional cleaning company equipped to remove the residue that spread 1/4 inch thick in every part of my house as well as a high HVAC bill to clean out the clogged air ducts. Their craftsmanship is horrible, they ruined all base board trim and scrapped my countertop with tile. read more

I recently hired this company to rip out my existing tile and floor in my apartment and replace it with porcelain tile. I was nervous as I was not going to be there for the installation. They started the job on time and ended when they said they would. They worked everyday and did an excellent job. Bryan was always in touch with me and would answer my text or phone calls including weekends. Once the job was completed we noticed something small was broken. Shitty and shady!!!! Run for the hills and Save your money!!!! The guys didn't even come with a broom or anything. But they did bring their weed and alcoholic beverages. The workers did a half ass job and the man that wrote the contract won't return calls after getting paid in full. It's been a year now since the crap job. Hate the floors, hate that I wasted my money and hate that I used Palm Coast flooring. 1)The "head floor guy" staid for about a minute- had to go to a 10k job on the Hammocks- he left the "grunt" guys to do my 6k job - that I paid in full and in cash.... 2)When they drilled off my tile in the foyer and kitchen, they didn't remove all the old glue, just bits and pieces here and there... they just put the floors down.... said the filler / new glue crap would level it all out.... it's not level and bouncy in some areas. The corner pieces that go at the end of the shoe molding - NONE are attached no glue or nothing- the cat found them all. The dust!!! OMG! The drill was soooo loud and the dust from the tile and glue was everywhere. No brooms or vacuum or plastic or NOTHING! Had to throw away toaster among other things. The helpers had some alcoholic grape drinks that they left in my freezer in my garage- that I didn't know about till days later when I opened the door, only to find that it had exploded! I'm reviewing the store and the workers in the store. I thought they were great. We went to all the big box stores in St Augustine and Jacksonville but found exactly what we wanted here. They had the best selection. They let us take samples home. They worked with us on the price. They worked well with our contractor. After it was all installed we wanted a few extra tiles in case one got damaged and they gave us a pile and wouldn't take any money. Very helpful. Good price. Excellent selection. read more

We recently had tile put down by Palm Coast Flooring Outlet and was very pleased with the quality of work and the time it took to do the job. Bryan was able to schedule work to be started 3 days later after giving a free estimate which was accurate without additional charges or hidden fees. Rob and Ryan did a beautiful job. They were organized, efficient, and cleaned up at the end of each day that they worked. Tile was put down in 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, laundry room, and entry way. The work was started on Monday and completed by Friday as was planned. We would definitely recommend Palm Coast Flooring Outlet and request Rob and Ryan to do future floor jobs. read more

Would never consider using Palm Coast Flooring Outlet again. First they didn't look at the email from the flooring company that told them the floor I picked out was on backorder. Then they didn't show up and delayed the work for over a week, so I lost my tenant. Then the quoted me for extra work verbally and then doubled it in a invoice at the end of the job. When we called, we got an attitude and then threats for waiting to pay until we could come in and discuss the bill. Bryan the owner only cares about getting his money, not if the customer gets what they need or even if they are happy with the job. Never asked how I thought the job turned out. I'd give them a worse review if possible. read more
