I used to get sciatica if I was sat in the car for about an hour and did two 9-10 hour drives for the holidays and it's completely healed. I lost more than an inch of my height about 2-3 years ago and was told by other chiropractors there is nothing they can do it's just normal for aging and guess what Dr. Doug helped me get all of my height back in the first 5 weeks of my appointments (3 times a week plus daily at home exercises and traction for my initial care plan.
