The place to lay your head (facedown) has a pillowcase over it. Not the most comfortable for breathing. At one point during the service, another massage therapist just walked into the room to talk about something with my therapist while I was getting my massage. Very unprofessional. They massage your rear as well, so my backside was showing. My massage therapist also climbed onto the table and straddled my head and each of my legs during my session so that she could reach further. I've NEVER had another massage therapist do such a thing. It was very uncomfortable. They also didn't utilize my full time that I booked. I won't be back.

He went on to say that Black people are "lazy," "live off the government," and "have 7 or 8 kids" etc. I was completely stunned. I'm a fair-skinned Black person. Maybe he didn't realize it, thought I wasn't black, but frankly, it doesn't matter. The fact that someone feels comfortable saying this to anyone is absolutely terrifying. This wasn't a joke. This wasn't sarcasm. This was a business owner proudly expressing deep-seated, unapologetic racism to a stranger, with zero shame or hesitation.
